Everything was very cool, I've never had this much confort in any other hotel and definitely became my favorite one.

I like that the room had a heater in it and the bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were nice and the hotel overall was beautiful and clean.
There were very few Vegan options for breakfast so that left me hungry in the morning. The mini fridge in the room wasn't working so when I went to get my drinks in the morning they weren't cold.

I had an awesome times staying at The Soundouss !! It was an awesome experience !! The room was very pretty and clean, it has a very nice and modern shower. And the Lobby are very cozy and has a good atmosphere !!! And last but not least. Staff are very friendly!! Specially Sophie !!! She’s super sweet, super fun and very helpful !!!
Overall, The Soundouss is an awesome hotel!! I will be back soon!!!

I've been here one week and taking meetings here has been great. Great relaxed atmosphere for creative meetings and reasonably priced meals. And wonderful staff! Thank you!

The front desk answers the phone very quickly and service is very smooth.

Friendly hotel staff
Very small rooms, one window did not really close in my room so it was very noisy at night (the hotel is located next to a bigger street), the chair in the room had stains, the internet was very slow and unreliable. Overall, the value for money was definitely not right.

The location was brilliant, right in the centre of everything.
All the amenities are close by with lovely restaurants.
the hotel staff were exceptional, absolutely lovely, so helpful, welcoming and accommodating.
Would definitely return back here.

The hotel has some charm, the staff are excellent, and location was great for business - but was missing e.g. access to iron board, remote for TV etc.... Overall, I think the price is a little too high for what is on offer.
No access to iron board, had to arrange and pay for shirts to be sent out to be ironed - not optimal when arriving at night with meetings the next day

bloody disgusting never visit there. infested with insects and pee stains. avoid is a must.
nothing crap service breakfast is one table full of cheese and bread. not even full it’s absolute shocking.

i really liked the atmospher , the staff were so nice to me they've made my stay really enjoyable . the breakfast was amazing.the rooms are really charming , the bed was so confortable.

Every part of this hotel is a masterpiece the room had a special and authentic touch, staff was very friendly and reactive, the food was so good especially at the moroccan restaurant, i remember when i asked about moroccan food and the owner such a great person took me to the kitchen and showed me how the best moroccan dishes are made and their stories. It was a great experience. I will definitely comeback .
