The design was very nice. Good location. Cute place for tea and coffee in the lobby.

Awfully expensive. It would have been a nice stay for half the price - decoration and peanuts on bed don't compensate for other needs in the room. Very small room, there's hardly a place to put our suitcase. Very bad bathroom - shower is wide open and scatters water everywhere, on the toilet and entrance, very inconvenient and annoying. No refrigerator. A bit far from the beach.

Our airconditioner broke down 3 times. The last time was a 39 degree day and we had to try to sleep without air conditioning. Our room was small and while staff were helpful they were only there between 3-9 pm. This made 12 noon checkout awkward (ordering taxi, leaving baggage, dropping keys etc). Not good value for money.

It was convenient to centre beach

No one in the building to receive guests or provide any information. Accommodation very small room with toilet shower in room. It is more like a hostel than guesthouse. No one spoke English.

The room was beautiful and overlooked a beautiful little garden. The guesthouse is stylish and the location is great - it's quiet but close to everything. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our luggage before check in.

The glass bathroom walls looked very cool but practically we didn't love them. The bathroom doors aren't designed to shut entirely, so while the toilet is hidden behind a partition wall, it's not very private and everything else is visible from the bed. The open shower also meant water everywhere.

The location was great, easy to get to Old Town San Sebastian. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed.

The bathroom door didn't close properly, and the bathroom itself was very small. There was no fridge - a small bar fridge would have been great.

Stylish place. Coffee was free and staff was excellent.

Air conditioning never turned on and for Alaskans in the heat that was an issue. Parking was a little far but manageable.

Good location to walk about anywhere in the town. Clean room and nice communal area for free coffee and tea.

Our room was located just right next to the communal area. It felt a little too exposed.

This is a charming place conveniently located close to the main bus station and not far from downtown and the beach. The rooms are designed well, I loved the heating (it was cold) and modern shower. There are facilities for making coffee in the morning. Communication and check-in was great. Would stay again.

My room was close to the entrance, and at one point a group of people kept chatting right in front of my door. This was noisy for a while but otherwise the hotel is in a quiet and nice area.

The location is good; close by to the coach station, by the river. The hotel is on the lower floors of a large apartment building, off street. It's a five minute walk to the central part of town. Check-in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly (thank you Fatiha!). I was on the corner room (2); the room is ideal for a solo traveller; modern design and fittings. The bed was very comfortable and there are shutters in the room plus a vintage radiator to keep the room warm. Basement area have a small kitchen with free nespresso coffee, tea, fruit and water. There is a small communal seating area which is comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. 👌

The only thing is the strength of the WiFi in my room, which is why I sometimes sat in the communal area. But aside from that, nothing else.

The room is too small.. no local channels on the TV…no hand soap …

Location great. Welcome fabulously informal but correct. I was in late and out early but that was a shame.

Very good all round but possibly cramped for a longer stay.

Hotel decor and style, very nice staff, and walking distance to most sites and restaurants. And although parking was not onsite, the underground facility was easy to get to. This was our first trip to San Sebastian. Next time we’ll take the train.

Though traffic was significantly less at night, I could hear cars speed by.. Maybe because it had rained and the street was wet. My husband slept just fine. I’ll be prepared next time.
