Right in the heart of the old town. The hotel is in a lovely square and is well situated for exploring Genova on foot.

Perfect bed, breakfast was lovely, the decor was exceptional, the building was unique.

the luxe room we got did not fit to the pictures: smaller, no sofa, bathroom without window, no proper palce to put the luggage.

Great hotel in Genoa's historical center. Nice salon on the 2nd floor and breakfast room & terrace on the 5th floor. Our spacious room had a nice view of the city. Quick walk to the waterfront and aquarium. Pleanty of restaurants, bars, and take aways in the neighborhood for lunch and dinner.

As always, a great experience. Wonderfully located. A Palazzo ‚incredibile‘. Nice staff.

The breakfast staff was not so charming this time. Except the black woman, she was nice as always!

charming & comfortable

so hard to find for a visitor- was given partial directions by either metro or bus - chose the bus but once off at the stated location, I had no idea how to proceed further - took asking several people & eventually phoning the hotel (am international traveller with cell data turned off)

Most of all the great friendly staff at the reception, very helpful and knowledgeable, also I enjoyed the lounge are on the 2nd floor, it is a nice touch to the property

A beautiful and comfortable hotel right in the heart of the old city with a lovely room overlooking a charming square. The staff gave us a very warm welcome. The foyer and the library are works of art in themselves.The breakfast is brilliant - on the rooftop terrace. What a fabulous hotel.

Not any drawers in our bedroom for us to unpack our luggage

Hotel is in old nobleman’s ‘palace’ with magnificent staircase & frescoes on the ceiling. Great breakfast on top floor terrace & library/sitting room. It is right in the heart of Genoa, surrounded by tiny lanes, little squares & surprises everywhere- churches, palazzo & so on.

Location was convenient for being in the historic center. Size of room was good, bathroom was nice.

People yelling and talking loudly in square until 2am. Since air conditioner is behind curtains it could not keep room cool unless curtains were open...could not open windows to cool room as noise outside became louder.
