The service was excellent. And the decoration of this whole hotel was amazing, it was the most beautiful hotel that I lived in my trip to Spain.

I love almost everything about this hotel, but the only thing is its location is a little bit far away from the downtown. And it is relatively hard to call taxi, but luckily the frontdesk helped us out!

The hotel is in good area, you have very good connection to other parts of the city. Room was clean and cosy. The stuff is the biggest highlight - everyone was super nice and helpful - I definitely reccommend staying here :)

Location was great with nice restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed walking around the residential neighborhood. Beautiful, quiet hotel. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely views of the city. Lovely turn down service each night. The staff were phenomenal and friendly and made our stay exceptional. They helped us with train tickets, taxis, reservations, etc. Thank you to Julian, Alberto, and all the staff at Heritage Hotel!

We were a little too far to easily walk to the main tourist sites, but we were close to the subway and taxis were easy to get as well.

Excellent and friendly staff who really surpassed my expectations, really taking their time to help & always greeting us with brilliant happy smiles.

Shame that there isn’t a pool, but otherwise excellent.
