La ubicación es muy buena, frente al hotel hay una estación de metro y un centro comercial. A pie se puede llegar muy facil a la plaza España, la Gran Vía, parques etc. El personal es muy amable y atendien cualquier pregunta y dan muy buenas recomendaciones al lugar donde se desee ir en la ciudad. El desayuno es bueno
El precio del desayuno es un poco costoso.

El desayuno bien, lo justo para un hotel de esa categoría.
La habitación era muy pequeña, por uno de los lados de la cama tenías que pasar de lado. Era triste. No se corresponde con las fotos. Estuvimos dos noches , el segundo día fuimos al hotel sobre las 4 de la tarde y no habían pasado a limpiar , hacer las camas etc. Hablamos con una de las personas de servicio y le indicamos que en media hora volvíamos a salir y podían pasar. Al llegar por la noche, no habían arreglado la habitación. Nos dieron unos juegos de toallas en recepción. Al ir a pagar nos dijeron que habíamos puesto el cartelito de No molestar. Resultó desagradable la discusión con recepción. Una sugerencia al hotel : cambien los carteles , son tan iguales en diseño y color que lo tienes que ver de cerca para distinguirlos y están sólo en inglés.

It’s very noisy, we can hear upstairs guests, housekeeping are noisy, showers/toilets and doors of next door neighbours, many doors slamming.

The location is great, easy to reach from the airport. The room was spacious, nicely designed and the staff and breakfast was REALLY great.
We got a room facing the metro/train station and it was quite loud during the night if you kept the windows open. The AC units for 3 rooms were also on our balcony, rendering it pretty useless if you wanted to chill and enjoy the view due to the noise and heat they emit.

Convenient hotel, with nice design, comfortable rooms. Amazing views from rooms in higher floors. Great location, only a few metres away from the Principe Pio station - both subway and train. Also walking distance from interesting touristic spots, a large shopping mall right across the street, restaurants, etc.
There is a cost of 2 euros to leave the luggage after check-out.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is good enough. They have natural orange juice, which is a big plus for me and my group.
The rooms are a bit noisy, they could be better isolated.

The staff was great, breakfast was excellent with many food choices, the lounge was beautiful and stilish, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was big and the bathroom in general had a nice design... We also had a balcony with nice views of the park. The parking was readily available and with easy access.
The soundproofing is not good. Other guests woke me up in the early morning when I was trying to sleep. You can hear the footsteps, doors closing and opening, people talking. Maybe those were particularly noisy guests in addition to the soundproofing. That would be the only disadvantage I found for me.

Staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful in many aspects. The room was super clean.

The infra-structure of the hotel is terrible. The noise is absurd. The walls are thin!!! You can hear all the noises (from the streets, from other rooms (even with guests speaking in a regular volume), from the elevator).
The staff was really helpful and changed us from room, but still not possible to sleep.

Location was excellent, close to the main places in Madrid. Breakfast was good as well, nice selection of cold items as well as hot scrambled egg etc. Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and towels changed everyday. Lots of nice coffee places around, big supermarket with shops close by.

The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, plus there was also a good sized balcony. Convenient location across street from Principe Pio train station & within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) of Royal Palace, gardens, & historic centre. The included buffet breakfast was very good.
The lighting in bathroom was quite dim & wasn't much better in rest of unit. Lighting in the hallways wasn't the greatest either & lights only came on as you walked along.

ONLY Location and Wifi was good
I arrived after midnight and they gave me room no. 801 which smelt really bad and like some dead mice. I requested them to change the room. They acknowledge that they knew about the smell but have no other room available for me to shift. Given the late night, I had to sleep in the smelly room that night. They didnt change the room next day and just freshened up the room with room freshener. Also, the shower was very slow with cold water in the morning. No chair or desk in the room for sitting or work. No TV channels were working. I will not recommend this hotel to any family or business traveller at all.

It is poorly soundproofed between rooms, I had requested in writing a quiet room as I was on a work trip.
However the hotel reserved two triple rooms which adjoined mine for 6 teenage girls. Predictably, they made a lot of noise until 3am. I was grateful the night receptionist asked for quiet when I alerted him (though they continued regardless). On the following morning the receptionist (manager?) appeared unconcerned by my situation, when I reproached their booking had caused (the hotel was not full and other rooms were possible to locate a noisy party).
I will need to carefully consider when rebooking, this is a pity as it is a very good hotel.
