Dishwasher broken, 2 shower doors, bedroom door were ajar and did not close, and light fixtures around pool were in need of repair.

Beautiful villa with great view

Housekeeping never came during our stay even though we kept asking for them.

NO SERVICE AT ALL...8 hours to get a key...digital lock not working never brought extra towels, took 12 hours to get our bedroom toilet fixed

breakfast was as expected very good but expensive loved the view

the living room chairs were pretty worn. and the dishwasher didnt work that great

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Super spacious and the pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! The location was breathtaking. We enjoyed the views and the surrounding area.

The house was beautiful and loved the pool.

when we arrived, there were dirty dishes stacked outside by the driveway and in the cleaning closet there was broken glass on the patio by the pool, there were no cleaning supplies, one bathroom did not have any towels or toilet paper. The lounge chair cushions need new covers. The cleaning was sub par.

location, amazing views, easy to get around with all the shuttles. Great food and the choices of foods at the market. The after was a great environment. Safety of the Property with Security gates.

Cleaning was every few days, No Concierge, spa broke every other day and took another day to fix.

Nice house

Due to bad information from Booking and the property, I double booked the property. My attempts to get this corrected were ignored and I was charged twice but provided only one unit upon check in with no refund or modification of the occupancy dates. Their reservation department was completely unresponsive but certainly willing to keep my extra payment for a 4 day reservation without giving me the second house I paid for. it was very dishonest. I will never deal with this company again.

Breakfast was OK not what we’re used too

Restaurants were half empty but couldn’t get reservations. The few times we were able to get reservations they took 4 hours to serve meals. The villa views were breath taking but the fountain in entry leaked and was a swamp. The private infinity pool was a family favorite very relaxing and great views. The hot tub leaked the entire time of the stay and walking near it was treacherous to say the least. Leaked so bad it was dripping thru floor to the patio below

I’m an owner I love this property. I only booked through booking.com because the week wasn’t available with points.

Normally, Montecristo’s come with housekeeping and a concierge. We had to pay an extra $600 at checkin to have these services added on for 4 days at checkin.

The property was beautiful !

The condition of our villa was poor. Coming from a resort owned villa to this privately owned villa was disappointing due to the neglect.

Rusted out railings, untended weeds blocking pool view, bees nest next to pool. Pool tile in significant disrepair. Wasp nest in light fixture. Poor internet that covered only rooms on lower level. Spent first day getting air-conditioning repaired. Bugs in the kitchen... utility room door would not close. No one came as promised to correct. Kitchen light fixture swapped out for a low quality fixture. We have stayed at Montecristo many times, but in a resort villa. This privately owned villa has been neglected.

i like the villas they were nice but the out pit didn’t work the oven we couldn’t get to work just was not comfortable

Montecristo is by far one of my favorite properties. Its my go to especially when traveling with family. The villas are the perfect size and they are comfortable. Its a great benefit to have a full kitchen, room service, and access to places to eat onsite.

There isn't much that I don't like about Montecristo.
