Juliette went above & beyond to make us comfortable. She carried our backs up SEVERAL STEPS to our room & taxi. Gave us a parting gift. Juliette was a kind , sweet lady.

Perfect location inside the city wall; close to all attractions but away from the noise. Juliet is a very nice and thoughtful host. She brought us welcome gifts and treats during our stay. This place is a hidden jewel in Dubrovnik old town.

This property is superb, situated on the top floor so the views over Dubrovnik and the southern adriatic are just beautiful. The apartment is wonderful clean has a lovely large bed.a nice kitchenette and a lovely shower super powerful However this is all made so much more wonderful by the host Juliette, I've never met a better host, nothing was too much trouble, her organisation was just perfect, it made the stay just wonderful. Ten out of ten from us, many thanks Juliette. If you want to visit Dubrovnik this is the place to stay.

The room was stunning, beautifully designed & the host Juliet was a warm & very welcoming person and told us everything dubrovnik had to offer upon arrival. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in dubrovnik to stay here. The location is perfect just a 1 minute walk from the main street & close to other attractions.

A certain level of fitness is required as the property is located on a very steep street with lots of steps and the internal staircase is steep and narrow. However it’s well worth it - Juliet (and her son) were amazing - from arranging the taxi from the catamaran port to helping us with our luggage and making sure the apartment had everything we could want in it on arrival. Amazing location too to discover the old town.

Fantastic location for exploring the old town with plenty of great restaurants nearby for a very reasonable price! The room had great character with a cosy feel and was very clean and comfortable with very welcome air conditioning for us who are used to the Irish climate 😊 Juliet was just the most fantastic host greeting us at Buza gate directly from our car which was organised by her for us. She showed us so much warmth and hospitality we instantly felt right at home! She couldn’t have done more for us and was incredibly helpful with great recommendations while we were getting our bearings in Dubrovnik!

The apartment is in the center of old city very clean and large room you will be hosted with a bottle of wine and fridge full of drinks very quite area you can reach all attractions in few steps and the owner Juliette was very helpful I advise everyone to choose this charming apartment

Location of appartment was famous, we were just few metres from Prijeko and Stradun, and also off all main historical monuments. Juliette was very kind and helpfull. We could chek in immediately after our arrival at morning, beacuse it was free at this time. We appreciated that we have got keys from appartment personnel from Juliett, she talled us a lot off usefull informations and also we have got a little surprise - a very good bootle of wine. It was very friendly and we was feeling be at home. In future we want to come back again.

The location of the property was perfect. Close to everything and spotlessly clean. The apartment is well appointed with everything you'd need for a short stay. Good shower with plenty of hot water. It was really quiet at night and a comfy bed. Juliet couldn't have been nicer! So friendly and very kind. This is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it!

Pleasant apartment well located within the old city on a quiet passage equally close to the main restaurant area and the (northern) Buza gate with buses including airport shuttle very convenient. Juliette goes above and beyond in her welcome, greeting and communications. She even left us a bottle of wine, fruit juice, milk and snacks for our arrival and brought some fresh figs from the market in the morning. She is a tour guide in the city and speaks excellent English, Spannish and Portuguese (and German also?) and when we bumped into her in the street she gave us a little tour! When our arrival ferry was cancelled due to bad weather she allowed us to stay on an extra day and also let us keep the room until our bus left at 3pm as the next guests were not arriving until very late that day. There are three apartments in the house and for information the best and more expensive one is on the top floor with views to the sea and the middle one has a window over rooves as well as the street. We were in the bottom one with only one window into the street but clever use made of illuminated niches in the stone walls to add light to the room.

Due to the nature of the excellently renovated ancient building, similar to all the buildings in this old town, the stairs to the apartments located on the first, second and third floors are rather narrow and steep. It was fine for us fit 73 year olds but people with large bags or physical problems might have some difficulty, though this would probably apply to most apartments in the old city.

10/10 Julliet is a great host and very welcoming we would highly recommend. Great location!

Julliet was so friendly we considered offering a place to stay if she was ever in the UK and we bought her a gift to thank her for her hospitality before we left. Location: you won't find better. We'll within the old city walls. Fall out of bed to restaurants, bars shops and historic beauty.

Everything was simply great, the location, the apartment is just as shown on the pictures but most importantly the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. I can only recommend to stay at Juliettes palace studio.

Apartment was super close to the best bits of old town Dubrovnik, easy to find, host was amazing and we had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and be comfortable whilst also having lots of restaurants on the door step :)

Everything.Spotlesly clean,great location host was extremely helpful. Small complaint, there is no sound insulation between floors,so we heard every step and flushing of toilet from apartment above.Luckily,apartment was empty on two of the days.

We didn't know that they only accepted cash payment.As we did not bring euros with us we were forced to pay in kuna and the atm gave us a poor exchange rate costing us 20 euro more than the price of 297 euro.

Sergio was an excellent host, he arranged for transport from the airport and met us at Buza gate to guide us to the property. The apartment was tastefully furnished with quality furniture and in a central location to bars and restaurants and Stradun. There are a lot of steps but that is what makes Dubrovnik, just make sure you wear flat shoes. I would highly recommend this property.
