The apartment is spacious for the price, good size bedroom area, little kitchen and cute bathroom. The outside space has an airer and little table and chairs, which is lovely early in the morning.

The mattresses have seen better days and were pretty uncomfortable - but it’s a budget place…

The host was waiting for us with the keys and all instructions. She was pleasant and efficient. Communication via WhatsApp was clear and timely for check in and throughout our stay.

Value for price is there. We booked the night before and there were some misunderstanding on our end so it was not what I was expecting. The place is clean, just the same as any dated property, it is simply impossible to get some corners sparkling, but you can tell it has been scrubbed thoroughly. I did second guess the most recent clean as there was a very large violet carpenter bee (dead) in the sink which we noticed later in the evening, and with a bit more thorough inspection some other patches of dust or dead bugs showed themselves. As far as we could tell we were the only ones at the property at the time so difficult to tell how long our room had been vacant. Partially successful attempts on updating the property have been made in somewhat recent years, the original age still shines though. Water poured onto the floor with every shower despite multiple shower curtain configurations, soaking through the bath mat and leaving large puddles on the floor, good thing there is a drain. The bed was extremely soft, especially on one side. Exterior of the building was nice, though the grounds need attention. Wifi was excellent, which was what swung the decision to this property over others. Location was further than expected, but still close enough to walk to town. Overall our stay was nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. Seemed to be recently remodeled. There are screens on the windows. There was plenty of on site parking. I liked the hose on the patio to rinse away sand and sea. Nice cloths line at the patio.

Just don’t like the two bed arrangement, with beds pushed together with a gap. It’s a 9-10 minute boring walk to the harbor / taverna area. Well stocked kitchen except no fry pan. For six days we fried eggs in a pot 😞.

This was an exceptional experience for me. The room was extremely comfortable with a view of an olive grove. It was spacious and impeccably clean. My hosts were friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located just above the port, so it is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Booked the apartment that sleeps 4 people. It was very convenient and spacious. Anything we needed (iron, cooking pans etc, towels) was provided.

The apartment is very comfortable. Free parking is available. Good position for best beaches in Itaca.
