This is a beautiful house, most tastefully decorated and furnished in traditional Greek style, but with all modern comforts. Excellent location, near to shops central square and seafront.

Nothing - everything first-class. One minor issue is occasional noise from other apartment due to wooden floors, but it is not a major issue considering a;ll the other benefits.

Lovely hosts. Going into the house is like stepping back in the past - amazing old world feel to it. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Only a quick walk to the beautiful harbour at Vathy.

Beautiful light airy rooms with traditional Greek furnishings. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen extraordinarily well equipped with crockery and utensils. We loved our stay on Ithaca.

Beautiful traditional Greek house which takes you back to 1930s. Extremely ambient and spacious with lovely decore. Super nice and responsive host. We hope to come back again 🙂

This property is the most beautifully traditional Greek island home, it's got original features throughout, including stunning floor and all furniture, and original shutter windows! It's truly a wonderful environment to spend your time in, it also keeps its interior very cool, even on hot days which was surprising. The hosts were helpful and allowed us to park in a private space, the garden was beautiful and all the appliances worked perfectly, even a toastie maker and coffee machine! Location is amazing, it's only just up the hill from the town centre 5-10min walk. Great restaurants in the area, and being in Vathy, it's close to some of the best beaches on the Greek islands; Gidaki, Skinos, Filiatro.

Due to the original features, there is little to no sound-proofing in the Master bedroom. If it's a quiet night/morning, then it's absolutely perfect listening to the birds. But if there's any kind of traffic along the road, it's very noticeable. The shower head tends to spray everywhere, most likely needs a new head. But these x2 things were really the ONLY things I could mention.

Such a beautiful house! It felt like home. Lovely furniture and great location. The host was kind and thoughtful towards us. Would definitely stay there again :)

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful - gorgeous furniture and really spacious. Lovely to stay in an authentic house with so much character. Great views over Vathi and close enough to everything. Highly recommended. Hope to return.

The building itself is full of charm and character with high ceilings, panelled doors and balconies and beautiful furniture. The bathroom is very large with a lovely bath in the corner.

I would add a couple of things...a big comfortable sofa to compliment the beautiful wooden furniture and a washing machine. However this would not stop me wanting to stay here again.

A wonderful apartment a short walk to the centre of Vathy port and perfectly located to explore the beauty of Ithaki. Light and spacious, the rooms are bright and airy with some outdoor seating to enjoy as well. The hosts are so lovely and helpful, also providing the most delicious figs from the garden! Very easy to access with parking on the street outside.

There was occasional noise from passing traffic, which wasn't an issue for us, but is noted here as it may annoy some.

It was simply the best. Amazing house, very well kept, more than clean, comfortable, roomy, a few minutes from restaurants. A perfect place to stay in Vathí, Ithaca. And a lovely and helpful owner, Ninon is a very kind lady.
