Location was good lots different choise of foods service was fast and friendly

No complaints but only stay one night

Everything was good and great .

We chose hotel because we stayed in a Truli which was nice but not a traditional Truli just a purpose built bungalow really.

Location was a little remote

The breakfast was very good with a large selection, and the staff were friendly. The pool was a great way to relax and cool down at the end of a long hot day. There are a couple of market shops, the Grotte di Castellana and many restaurants within a very short walking distance from the hotel, and one particularly fantastic restaurant which specialises in grilled meat.

The air conditioning in our room did not cool the room and in such hot weather, it was unbearable preventing us from being able to sleep. After 3 requests to 3 different staff members we were eventually moved to a cooler room. Also there were aproximately 20 children in the pool each day from a daycare across the street which prevented us from using it until later on. The hotel restaurant was not open. Lastly, the photographs of the property are very imaginative and show the hotel to be more attractive than it is.

Hotel is very close to the Grotta de Castellana and has a swimingpool Large bedroom and bathroom

Decoration of the hotel and room is very simple but in line with the value for money

The pool, hot tub and garden are available for all guests but right on the doorstep of the trullo which sits independent from the main building. Was very clean and comfortable romantic setting. Dinner on site was very good value and delicious.

Castellana has the impressive caves and a few bars but little else going on and a fair drive to the beach. I didn’t like the main town, was dirty and not the traditional Italian village I hoped to see but other quaint local towns are within easy each if you have a car.
