Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Golfplatz gewählt. Parkplatz war auch vorhanden.

Die Loungemöbel draußen waren leider durchgenässt was leider erst beim Sitzen bemerkbar war.

Beautiful spacious room. Really well equipped gym. Tasty breakfasts. Great staff.

L’état général, propreté, les chambres, piscine

Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas très sympa… mais d’autres bien . De plus, on réservant par booking, je devais indiquer les enfants jusqu’à 17 ans… j’ai du payer un supplément de 80€ par chambre parce que les enfants s’étaient selon eux jusqu’à 6 ans! De plus, 20,5€ pour un gin tonic… c’est honteux.

Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und sehr lecker. Und vor allem das Meer war wunderschön - ruhig, sauber und das Personal sehr bemüht.

Bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick muss man auch damit rechnen, dass man Blick auf den Pool und das Restaurant hat, was mitunter doch sehr laut sein kann.

Spiaggia perfetta: comfort, servizio, limpidezza dell'acqua, accessibilità; solo un po' distante dal corpo centrale dell'albergo. La junior suite vista mare è molto bella, ottime la dimensione e l'allestimento. SPA molto efficiente. Ristoranti dell'albergo non provati: tra Umago e Cittanova ci sono almeno 4 ristoranti dove si mangia molto bene

Colazione migliorabile: la scelta è ampia, c'è tutto, ma la qualità di molti prodotti è approssimativa. In una zona in cui tutti parlano italiano, all'interno dell'albergo si parla quasi solo inglese. ATTENZIONE: oltre al prezzo indicato in questo sito, l'hotel conteggia a parte il 5% di servizio. Occorre controllare bene tutte le condizioni prima di prenotare, altrimenti, come nel mio caso, ci si trova a chiedere spiegazioni al check out.

It was not a beach front hotel. There were properties in front of the hotel. Not at all as on the pictures. Strong smell of chlor from pool in the room. We had to pay for the stay before we could see the room!

Breakfast was very good.

I would have preferred a separate bathroom (toilet) instead of one integrated into the bathroom.

Der in unmittelbarer Nähe liegende Golfplatz. Der Fitnessraum, die Zimmer und das Frühstück. Nicht zu vergessen, der Strand und das Meer.

Everything mentioned and also place bor business meetings near reception, the Kavova restaurant, food on the beach, fireworks, etc

Childrens noise and dogs on the adult beach which is supposed to be quet, but after by complaint the beach manager solved immediatelly the situation

The beach is far away, you can not be on the beach with a small dog at least in a muzzle.

Clean maintained beach, clean sea, underground parking (hotel management finally understood that mandatory valet parking is a stupid idea).

The hot tub water was cold. Sometimes it was difficult to find free sunbeds on the beach. Prices have risen a lot since last year (the euro probably has some magical power over hotel management :-) We spent the first night in a room adjacent to the building's noisy air conditioning machine room - the next day we moved to another room.

Hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable, pool and spa are very good. Breakfast was OK. Golf course is very nice for holidays and easily accessible from the hotel.

Staff and services are not appropriate for 5 star hotel. You have to ask/phone for everything, bathroom gels included. Nobody is welcoming you, helping you with the luggage etc.. You have to ask for everything. I was advised by another guests (frequent visitors to Kempinski) that hotel has been sold to another owner and services are getting worse from year to year (definitely not compatible with rising prices). Restaurants are extremely overpriced, but you have other choices in the area.

Location is amazing. Hotel is amazing and beautiful. Staff is great. Its like a magical place that needs someone proper to run their food department because that is almost horrific lol honestly, dishes i make at home are better.

Food, food and once more food. If you are food lover and know anything else about food beside pizza and french fries then Its just sub-par on all levels. This is supposedly a 5-star resort but the food is simply 1.5 stars. I am not making this up. Breakfast is awful, no blueberries, no fresh fruit at all. Desserts are bought from a company in italy that sells packaged desserts for hotels. I work in travel so i know about these things. Not one chef prepraing omlettes for example like that waas done a few years ago. I found a fly in my olives. Pineapple was old and smelled of alchocol. Simply not fresh food. I also bought their lunch in restaurant dian i think it is. I took beef cheeks and octopus. That was good but the main dish was beef steak and some other beef thing. And let me tell you, that was not a pleasant texture at all. It was hard and full of hard things, like it was frozen. Paying 50eur pear each steak, you expect atleast a decent one. They also said it ws their food supplier and things like that but i dont agree with that. Its your duty and job to do things properly and all of the days were like this. And as mentioned this happened to me before as well, so its not the first time. I tihnk they made some shift as organization when covid hit and they are still on that regime. I sincerely apologize i have to write this but you literally had years to fix this and they clearly have not fixed it. This is the missing piece of this resort and then it will be perfect. Get on it. Like today. They need to visit their friends at kempinski portoroz and check their menus and eat there to see the difference. Start with octopus, take their beef black angus dish, take chicken ceasar salad. Thats a good indicator of how they do it there. Hopefully you tke this seriously since i am sure people will enjoy good food and come back for more. Food is joy and you have all the requirements to do so with such magical place.
