Friendly host and staff. Great bar area to relax by the fire place. Art works and photography in bar/restaurant and foyer was great :) Room spacious and exceptionally clean.

Lovely place, very nice staff and everything was clean.

Value for money - overpriced rooms

We got in very early in the day, about 5 hours before check in. We met a delightful woman, Cowmell, who went out of her way to get us a room as we were so tired & het lagged. She gave us a giant cup if coffee & even knocked on our door several hours later to make sure we didn’t sleep away our entire first day. The gentleman who worked the desk was also very nice.

We had an issue with our shower but otherwise everything was nice. Also the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner that night but we had a wonderful dinner next door.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was easy to get to and close to Cliffs.

I could not fault it we had a great time

The rooms were so clean and modern spacious yet very cosy and warm after a stroll at the cliffs. lovely view at the balcony. The food is so delicious had dinner and breakfast great sized portions and fresh food. All the staff we dealt with could not have been nicer and so accommodating to any food requests and offered some suggestions on where was best for a swim. Great location so close to everything.

Excellent location, 5 mns drive to the Cliffs and Lahinch beach, spacious, modern and really clean room with nice view of the sea, warm welcome from the manager and excellent service in bar from Cormac but especially during breakfast time. The lady ( sorry, should have asked for her name) could not have been nicer and was really helpful when we enquired about staying another night, she really went above and beyond to assist us. The food at breakfast was delicious too. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit the area, you will not be disappointed!

It's a shame the bar was not serving any food in the evening while we stayed, but there is an excellent restaurant right next door.

Excellent service from the Manager down to the hotel staff. Excellent Food! Room was clean with comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again. Highly recommended hotel when you visit The Cliffs of Moher.

From the moment we checked in, Olan did everything he could to help make our stay exceptional. There was nothing we asked for that we did not get. The food was delicious, the service was great, the staff very friendly, and the location perfect.

I know that it's a European thing BUT having a light sheet on the bed instead of the heavier comforter would have made sleeping more comfortable... most nights we woke up sweating.
