enough space for us. adequately equipped. beautiful scenery all around us. quiet. comfortable. we had a very enjoyable time.

if you are good skier then good location. we had two beginners with us and it was very difficult to get back to the apartment. possible to ski out from doorstep but no way for a beginner to get back. it took an hour from the nursery slope to walk back up.

Location, value for money, warm and comfortable

Rooms are small, pillows could be better, cleanliness could be better, more mirrors needed and more storage.

Overall happy with the stay, we got what you get vs the value - so do not expect a lot of comfort, it is pretty small and a bit worn down, but exactly what is on pictures and still has everything you need. Good connection to ski lifts (ski in / ski out - though Ski in is a bit hard to find, but we figured it out on day 2). you can walk to all Belle Plagne restaurants and shops in 5-7 min and there are elevators on the way in case you are too tired to take the stairs.

1) wifi did not work even after asking reception to fix, had to pay for pocket wifi service from tourist office 2) main things in the apartment were clean, but not all of them (for example doors were all in finger marks, a lot of shelf dirty, dirty waste bin) - so first day I had to wash it all by hand 3)the stuff could not easily explain how to get to the apartment from reception, which caused us going back and forth several times with heavy luggage, it is not an easy way - so hopefully they can create a guide with pictures for futur

The location was good.

We are a family of 4 and we booked an apartment for 7 people which was only just large enough to accommodate us. I can't really see how 7 people could fit into the apartment comfortably. The apartment itself was basic as expected. Cleanliness clearly is not a priority for this hotel and the bathroom areas were dirty and smelled strongly of urine. The other rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Our main issue with this hotel, however was that they were completely rude and unresponsive to our timely date change request (we booked 7 days and wanted to revise this to 5 days). We contacted the property numerous times via email and phone and also through our agent, booking.com. We were completely ignored and the end result was that the hotel and booking.com essentially blackmailed us into paying the full amount, promising that we would receive a refund later for the 2 days that we wanted to cancel. This refund has since been denied by both the hotel and booking.com. Hotel reception staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful when we tried to ask them about this at the hotel. We received promises that someone would contact us to discuss this issue, however that also transpired to be a lie. We have since attempted to speak to booking.com several times If you are considering booking this hotel, please do understand that their flexible booking policy is not actually flexible at all. There are much better options in the area - my best advice would be to avoid this place if you can.

Apartment was clean and well prepared.

Had to pay 60 euro for an apartment close to friends. Not notified before arrival in which block it was located. Given the cost of the apartment this seems hugely excessive.
