Awesome view for the balcony

Small and smelly washroom.

Room was very small and the shower was very small difficult to turn around in it.

Hotel basic but clean. Good value.

Staff are not very friendly. Might be partly due to language barriers and different cultures. Breakfast came to a sudden end at 9am and some of our group already in the dining room were not permitted to make tea or toast. Everything was cleared away even though guests were not finished. Guests who did not eat breakfast were charged as it was ordered for the entire group. While I feel this is ok I would query if a reduced price should be charged or even the food left for them to eat later in the day. Breakfast was cold buffet style. We stayed in a twin room and there was v little space. Decor was v basic.

Beautiful view, staff is very attentive,breakfast was truly nice, good location near attractions. Yet not too much hustle n bustle. Could have enjoyed another week.

Quaint Hotel very close to all landmarks, very east to navigate to as its on the banks of the river. nice hotel, ample accommodation but small even for one.

A fantastic experience Would highly recommend

close to sancturaires Notre Dame of Lourdes, about 15 minutes walk. There is a restaurant nearby where Italian food downstairs and Irish pub upstairs. Clean, quiet and nice. Very basic and all you need are there.

Family business, good value otherwise they cannot survive because along the street, there are a lot of Hotels before them.

The lobby is good, they need to renovate the floor and room

excellent location if your trip is intended to visit Lourde Sanctuary. Lots of shops nearby . There are plenty of Bus services available to and from Airport to the hotel location.

Rooms are slightly smaller than the pictures shows in the website.

There was no electric fan in the room and it was very hot.my husband and me were disgusted.i ask the one in the information and he said to me that it's all distributed in the rooms.it means that our room doesn't have one.very bad experience with a hot weather

The location is fantastic, very near to the Grotte and great for a visit to the mountains. I had booked a room with mountain view and i can only recommend it. The view from the balcony is spectacular!

The coffee at breakfast. The furniture in the room could be upgraded.
