Location. Bright, airy and clean room.

Not being RIGHT above a roughly 75 person wedding reception that went on til midnight. We were given no warning this would be booked literally under our noses. Also, confusion with staff member (a Brother/Husband/relative?) as to when or if we could be seated for dinner (which was very good, by he way).

Friendly staff. The restaurant food was delicious.

Showers were a bit out of date. The shower fan was very noisy .

The breakfast was offered upon arrival in price of 12 Eur. Everything we love for breakfast was available. We really appreciated how hygienically and with regard to avoiding waste the yogurts and spreads were prepared. We really enjoyed it :)

Great location for cycling the Elbeweg River path. Near shopping arcade with good shops. Excellent restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Had a great meal. Very relaxing setting.

The room was in two levels and our kids just loved it.

The room is very large and comfortable. The restaurant has a diverse menu and I look forward to eating there again. The breakfast was very large and of high quality. We traveled with a dog and there is easy access to green areas and great places to walk.

Charming location, perfect place when traveling with pets. Food was outstanding! Rooms were large and well appointed.

The A/C was nice to have

There was no parking available when we arrived so we had to park on the busy street. The mattress had a weird hump in it and was terrible to sleep on and the pillow was flat as a pancake. The food at the restaurant was okay but completely overpriced, as was the breakfast. There was also mold in the bathroom shower. Lastly, and most upsetting, was even though we paid a pet deposit, we were charged 50 euro for a bed sheet that my dog threw up on. I cleaned it as much as I could with the supplies that I had of course and there was a stain on the sheet, but nothing that a wash in the machine wouldn't get out. I understand maybe a small change but 50 euro for a 12 euro bed sheet is ridiculous. Especially when we paid a pet fee to cover those kinds of costs.

I appreciated the short distance to the bike route.

beer garden can be loud, parking crowded which leads to parking on the street nearby (in good cases very close, when beer garden crowded farer away), room rather small (even though “family room”), tiny bathroom

Was it fine. Nothing special everything old but good.

I was expecting more for almost 80€ for one night .

The information brochure in the room was dirty (wine stains, chocolate smears) The mattress was uncomfortable and sank in the middle. One small complementary bottle of water for two people was a bit stingy. The breakfast buffet was in another room and although there were tables available, we had to sit in another room. It was difficult to carry food and walk through the cramped reception area carrying plates and cups and the receptionist didn’t even hold the door open!
