Limited parking. Shower over a small bath, not much room to move.

The location is very good and convenient to the downtown area and walking distance to the spa.

The room was large and accommodating but very dated. Lack of air conditioning was challenging but the fans provided were appreciated. Breakfast was adequate but less than other hotels.

Very basic rooms in need of updating. Roller shutter didn’t work, and no air con.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in the centre and just a 10 minute busdrive away from the main train station. There are many nice restaurants and bars in walking distance.

We had the worst experience with the lady at the reception. My boyfriend booked our room twice by mistake. She was unwilling to help us and incompetent to handle our request to cancel the second room. Through the policy of booking.com we found out that only a payment for the first night was required. During our stay I asked the receptionist multiple times to cancel the second room, but she refused. We never got the keys to that room though and didn't use it at all. I started to suspect that she tried to scam us. It all ended in a big confrontation: she threatened us, threw her keys and then ran away to hide in the kitchen for a while. She seemed unable to have a normal conversation about possible solutions and lacked any experience in customer service. Her behavior put a lot of stress on our trip and made the whole experience unpleasant for anyone involved.

Bed mattress is very uncomfortable and the pillows are too thin n flat which couldn’t provide any neck support. they need to be replaced totally!

Beautiful, cozy hotel. Cozy, clean room. There are various small things in the room. a sofa with a small table, a kettle, tea, coffee, a shoe brush, a set of threads / needles, a bottle of water, chocolates. In the bathroom there is a shelf, cups for toothbrushes, napkins, hygienic bags, special lighting on the mirror for the convenience of women to apply makeup. It would seem trifles, but these trifles were absent in a hotel in Strasbourg.

Just a wish. In other rooms there was a shoe shovel, which we did not have.

Breakfast was delicious! The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location, a walk away from the bus stop that takes you to the train station.

The hotel room that we stayed in was a bit outdated, but everything worked properly and was comfortable.

The Staff was Tremendous! Location was great. Would stay here again.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We loved how close the hotel was to everything.

We didn't ask, but if fans could be available it would be good, as the rooms were a little warm in the afternoons.

Well located, spacious, good breakfast.

It is impossible to stay in this hotel in the summer, very hot, without air conditioning or even a fan. Fridge does not cool properly. Many times we needed the receptionist and she disappeared even ringing the bell.

Fantastic welcome on arrival with secure parking for our motorbikes. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety and I really appreciated the effort made to accommodate my gluten and dairy intolerance with my very own choice of cheese, yogurts and breads. Location was perfect to explore Baden Baden on foot and we travelled on the B500 route on our bikes to get here which was breathtaking.
