Close to most of the important sites. Our charming room overlooks the famous old town hall and the canal below. A short walk to tourist information center. More of the inn was across the cobblestone street and has a great restaurant where you can also have cake and coffee. The BEST place!

Because we couldn’t figure out the bus situation we walked with our backpacks to the Inn. It was a long walk (20 minutes at a good pace).

Das Essen war sehr Gut, das hotel liegt schön zentral. Das Personal äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Wir schlafen bei offenem Fenster, da bamberg eine Studentenstadt ist war dieses leider nicht möglich die Studenten machen krach bis nachts um 3 . Das hat aber mit dem hotel nichts zu tun darüber können wir nichts schlechtes sagen

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Posizione centrale con possibilità di parcheggiare vicino l’hotel a pagamento. Ottima colazione di qualità, nel contesto pulito.

Un po’ di disordine nelle scalinate, personale dovrebbe essere più accogliente.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wer gut schlafen will, ist hier richtig. Ausgezeichnete Matratzen! Leises Rauschen des Flusses. Direkt neben den Rathaus, trotzdem keine Störung durch die Touristen. Weg zur Gärtnerstadt lohnt sich für die Gaststätte Kleehof.

Besser einen Parkplatz suchen, statt der super engen Tiefgarage. Die Rezeption kann Tipps geben, wenn man nicht in die TG möchte.

The room was huge and cheery like a Heidi fantasy. Overlooked the river and Rathaus. Absolutely picturesque. Restaurant food was wonderfully fresh and well cooked.

They need to buy new towels. Curtains were gingham and dawn was at 4:30 am! Wi fi very poor.

There were no one in reception when I wanted to check in at 14:00 pm I waited for too long and there were some staff walking around and when I asked them they just ignored me and walked away so rude and finally after waiting for so long a lady came to the reception and when I asked her she just answered " well I am here "in a rude way and didn't even apologies. Just asked me about my name and handed me the key and no she didn't give me any information like what hotels usually do or a welcome at least. The vibes in the hotel were too negative and they didn't make you feel welcomed at the hotel at all its liked they are forced to have people in , or they just hate their job. When I get the room the windows were wide open , and the hotel is next to a river so there were flys all over the room and Insekts. the furniture were very old and very small Tv . and it's described that there is a river view but that wasn't true , at the night it was very noisy outside my window so it wasn't that comfortable to sleep , not worth the money at all from the room to the rude staff especially the old lady.
