Ich habe unkompliziert um einen Tag verlängert und durfte in meinem Zimmer bleiben.

Ich habe mein Handy verloren bzw vergessen im Restaurant gegenüber. Das Personal konnte mir in keiner Weise helfen.

The location was OK, close to Dresden Hbf. The possibility of ordering food from a bar ( unfortunately the app didn't work properly ). The 24/7 reception ( unfortunately practically all the time over-occupied so the queue was nearly endless ).

The view from the room directly to the outside emergency staircase – okay, i get it is needed – being lit during the whole night with enormously intensive blue LED light + black out curtains unable to cover it all. When there is a litter on the staircase and no one seems to clean it - that made the view even more depressing. And when some parts of the floor is missing, walls painted in shockingly tacky way with spots everywhere – it looked really so raffish. The communication with the reception was very unusually chaotic and inflexible. There is the a&o app through which you can order from the bar ( was told it shouldn't be working – and it practically wasn't – as the staff has no idea about stock available ).

Very friendly staff. The room itself was decent, with a small desk for working and a nice little bathroom. The bed was okay. Facilities include a locked room to store your bikes. Vending machines and beer available. Its also close to a supermarket.

The check-in service took me an hour and a half. While the lady was very friendly and doing a great job, she was alone and had to deal with many people. Perhaps another member of staff during busy periods would be better... Additionally, the roof top bar was closed, with no explanation. It wasn't sunny but it also wasn't terrible weather. I can only assume its once again a staffing issue...

Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt . Für diesen Preis aber ok . Die Züge fanden wir störend in der Nacht . Die Türen klappen laut zu .

Kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Straße. Reichhaltiges Frühstück hat überrascht

Zwei Ladesäulen direkt vor der Unterkunft waren durch parkenden Autos blockiert.. Dusche hatte leider recht wenig Wasserdruck

Frühstück war ausreichend. Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein.

Funcionário na recepção parecia não querer recepcionar, muito sério e meio intimidador. O lugar é meio deprimente, sem cores, tudo cinza.
