букинг сделал апргрейд номера, в комнате убирались каждый день, принесли утюг по просьбе. персонал дружелюбный. до метро всего 7 минут пешком, а на крыше тёплый бассейн.

было очень холодно в комнате по приезду, как в холодильнике, из-за кондиционера. окно открыть нельзя, в итоге комната согревалась нескрлько дней.

I would say that the location was amazing and the staff, were very helpful and beyond specially the reception especially Mr. Amine who was a great help at all times.

Nothing worth mentioning, maybe that there is some humidity in room. i believe this need to be taken into consideration by management.

15 nuits passées dans cet hôtel sans que personne ne me demande une seule fois si j'avais besoin de quoi que ce soit. Accueil très limite et personnels à la réception qui devaient rapidement suivre une formation. Je suis rentré deux fois après 19H00 sans que le ménage ne soit fait dans la chambre. Distribution de serviettes aléatoire dans la salle de bain. Hébergement à 1608,00 € (sans les petit-déjeuners). Très décevant !

Large spacious room. Friendly staff

The only on-site restaurants were dimly lit and full of cigarette smoke! Slippery floor surfaces especially the shower and no mats or abrasive surfaces.

We liked room, bigger then other hotels. Staff helpful, we are checked in by Amine and thanks guest relation for assistance. We will back for next our visit. Also cleaning service was excellent!

3 day layover from India. Inexpensive but very nice in the middle of ridiculously expensive city! Well worth the money for our massive room

The staff were friendly and the food was great

The fact that there was a holding amount/fee introduced for food provided in the room. This should have been communicated on the booking.com app before arrival to the hotel. The host was polite enough to make an alternative arrangement though.

Metro at 7 min walking and employees kindness.

Room cold even with air conditioning to 30. It was needed a better explanation on how the boiler worked. Not suitable for remote working internet quality not very good.

We really liked the staff, very attentive and took an effort to always stay hello and make an effort with me and the family, highly recommend.
