Noisy air condition

Staff very welcoming (and welcome drink). Layout a maze (love that: a little quirky, not sterile). Always sunbeds available at the hotel with lovely breeze. Locked gate onto back promenade to illetas beach really nice (very short) walk. The sea at the beach is clear turquoise. The restaurant/bar/massage at the beach were lush (though need to go down before 8am to get paid sunbed on beach, not related to hotel)... hotel is in, fab location. Free hotel shuttle into Palma. On leaving day, hotel give access to good shower room. Easy pre-booked taxi to/from airport.

The pool was small, not big enough for swimming. The steps out of the sea hard to get out of. The snack bar didn't stay open for early evening so unless you wanted full buffet meal in restaurant, you'd have to leave for food elsewhere.

We loved our stay here. The resort was very nice, lots of areas, room was good (clean & comfy) and we loved being able to swim and jump into the ocean. The views walking around were amazing. Cocktails by the pool were good & The buffet breakfast was absolutely incredible!!

Only downfall was how busy the gym got in the morning (very small gym). We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant one day and it was quite average food/overpriced.

Close to a beach and most of the staff were very helpful.

My wife found weevil larvae (you know those little worm things) in her cereal from the morning buffet after she’d already eaten half a bowl. She showed a chef and they just took the bowl, showed another staff member and walked off - no follow up or apology or anything. We sent the hotel feedback too about this but still no word back from them. Aside from that, being further out from Palma having an unreliable taxi service is a big issue. The hotel are well aware of the problem so it would be good to establish a hotel shuttle or transfer in certain situations.

Great place and loved our stay

Very annoying that people reserve sun beds. Not enough beds for everyone to reserve and so impossible to pop for a quick sun bathe without getting up early to find and reserve one.

Good breakfast and nice seafront location.

Tired run-down old dame …. More like a conference hotel. If it had been 1/2 the price it would have been fine…… not worth €300+ per night! Paid for a double room and got a twin room with a lumpy bed. People up at 7am to reserve sun beds … staff do nothing about. Good staff are overshadowed by sullen rude colleagues. No trays provided at breakfast so hundreds of guests running back and forth 8 x each with boiling drinks and tiny plates of food. (I guess that’s the idea though! )…. Staff snatched a tray I had found off me and shouted ‘NO!’

We had a lovely room with beautiful balcony with sea view. Breakfast was great. Bus stops right outside the main reception which takes you straight into Palma.

Lots of steps, but there is a lift within the hotel but not so easy outside if you struggle with steps. The pillows in the room were really hard, very uncomfortable. However the bed and mattress were super comfy.

Great location, amazing view and facilities. Spacious rooms and terrace. Very friendly staff and good food. Very close to an amazing beach. It was all perfect!

due to the hotel only just opening,, there was an issue with hot water, but staff did their best to sort the issue.
