Ótimo custo-benefício. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Como sugestão... o salão, destinado ao café, deveria ter fotos mostrando o passado do hotel. O salão, com certeza, remete a uma história suntuosa.
A janela do banheiro, do quarto, poderia ser mais segura.

Equipe extremamente atenciosa e disponível para nos auxiliar.
Localização perfeita para quem tem preferência por atividades e circulação pelo centro da cidade.
Para quem tem sono leve, talvez os quartos voltados para a Av. Afonso Pena, podem não ser os melhores, por conta do barulho.
Falta uma cadeira para trabalho na escrivaninha.

Hotel de fácil acesso ao comércio de Belo Horizonte. Hotel com uma otima vista do centro. E os funcionários são muuto agradáveis
Um dos itens a melhorar é a Internet wi-fi nos andares. Além de oscilar muito,o roteador não chega até o quarto, sendo necessário ir até o lado de fora do quarto para funcionar.

The manual lift which requires a staff to be in it all the time (sometimes they are not available and there is a long wait). The windows are terribly old, very hard to open or close, and they allow noise from the street

The breakfast was decent.
We feel like the photos/description were misleading as there was a photo of the view and not the hotel itself. The area felt quite unsafe. While the staff was nice, the facilities were not up to expectations.

Interesting and decadent opulence from 1930's golden era.
Fabulous parquet wood floors in breakfast area.
Good view of city around 7 de Setembro plaza
The shutter windows open, so you get a great view!
Staff unprepared to help with such tasks such as request an Uber ride.
Only 1 bath towel, although was hotel quality
No blanket, it was cold
There are no working bathtubs, tho' pics show some rooms with tubs.

Location is very good as centre of city, very closed to shops & restaurants.
Very low price instead of very good location.
If anyone prefer the low cost accomodation, this is the answer.
Lift is very antique, staff operation and very classic metal accordion style lift door! I loved this.
But if you don't love anything antique, don't stay there.
If the condition around the hotel is more safer, it's much nicer.
Anyway, it looks the condition in Brasil, it is not nicer with compariso of 2014.
