This residence offers rooms that are not available when you reach there. They basically offer rooms cheap but it is not true. They offered on spot a room available that was of a superior category than the one on the net by adding 5€. The following morning, despite the price agreed (84€), the final price they made us pay was not 89, but it was 115 eur. It is impossible to discuss there, with chaos, with infinite excuses, prentending misunderstanding and false explanations. We were in a hurry and we had to go with the feeling of being cheated and taken advantage of. A hotel absolutely to avoid. Shame on them. Booking should take measures against this hotel. By the way, to the hotel manager, please do not blame employees, they do whatever you said because they called you on the You, hotel manager, know exactly what you do, and you know you took advantage..."a small quantity". big rooms., clean, with all the amenities.

the LOCATION on the map IS TOTALLY Misleading. It shows a hotel in the old city center and in the reality is 4 km AWAY!! There are no signs in the road showing the direction.
