Rene rom, fint basseng.

Savnet at det var lagt frem ekstra håndklær til basseng og mulighet for å låse skap eller ha hylle til verdisaker i bassengområdet. Det var veldig lytt mellom rommene og gjennom døra til rommet. Savner hotellfrokost.

L'emplacement par rapport à la gare. La taille de la chambre. Le restaurant take away même si le personnel n'était pas très serviable.

Aucun contact avec le personnel. Pas très clair d'où se trouve l'entrée de l'hôtel. Je n'ai jamais trouvé la piscine et personne pour me donner les infos. Des multiprises dans la chambre.

Der Checkin ist unkompliziert, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sprechen exzellent englisch. Im Restaurant kann man gut essen und der kleine Bäckerladen macht Hunger auf Backwaren.

Fine rom

Burde vært vannkoker på rommet. Personalet var ikke i særlig godt humør . Personalet burde hatt kunnskap og info til gjestene om Geilo. Helst bør utenlansk personale snakke bedre engelsk, det er ikke bare utlendinger som er turister

Great location, great bakery, great swimming pool and Sauna. Loved everything.

The only positive of this hotel is the bakery, I would recommend everybody to stay anywhere else, and come try the pistachio croissants, they’re great!

Trying to keep it short, there’s no staff except the kitchen, bakery and restaurant workers, things don’t work in the rooms and nobody will help you. Nobody picks up the trash even staying in the hallways for a couple days, there will leave minimum supplies such as toiletries and if you run out you better go get them from the grocery store. but the worst thing of it all, the rooms are dirty, carpets are dirty and stained and clearly have never been washed, the room is just dusted over but under and behind every piece of furniture there is dust, fluff, trash and even clothes that seem to have been there for months, we saw socks forgotten behind the couch and bed that look like they have also been there for months. Finally there’s not nearly enough parking space for all the guests so you can only park a block away or try your luck not to get fined. Honestly the location and installation are not bad, but this is far from a cheap hotel, and the price is definitely not worth it for the lack of service and cleanliness.
