The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.

Not enough storage space. Some of the closets were locked and so we didn't have much space for our clothes. There was no shampoo in the room, and we had to ask for it. The pool was closed for maintenance and there was no note on the website.

Very nice room with excellent kitchen facilities. Really loved the pool and the sauna. I forgot my swimsuit in the bathroom after my stay, which they found and returned to my home address really fast. Very helpful staff with good tips on what to do in the neighborhood.

There is only one (1) pot in which you can cook. There is no coffee and tea maker (although it is advertised). We got a water heater instead. No lighting above the dining table. The lighting is usually insufficient and poorly placed. The upper bed is dangerous. (we constantly hit our heads on the upper bed) The beds are very narrow and uncomfortable. Considering the above, the price/value ratio is very bad. (~270Euro/day/2person, without breakfast)

The cabin was comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for all 8 of us and the facilities were perfect. The restaurant in the main hotel Sofias was lovely and suites all age ranges.

Pool was closed, check-in delayed, no breakfast (although they said it was available when rang before booking the stay), take-away took 50mins when said it would take 20mins, cabins are fine but dated so the price we paid was costly compared to nicer alternatives in Geilo.

Cozy hotel in a very quiet area of Geilo. Lovely room. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
