Posizione comodissima per la Fiera di Vicenza, ampio parcheggio e camera silenziosa munita di tutto l’occorrente. Colazione sia dolce che salata. Acqua dal frigobar gratis. Presente bollitore e macchinetta del caffè. Davvero un ottimo hotel!

Servirebbe una tendina per la vasca/doccia per non allagare tutto il pavimento del bagno

Everything you need in a hotel, spacious room, good view, comfortable bed, kettle available, fridge with water, clean bathroom, great breakfast, lift. Friendly and helpful staff.

Air conditioning was not working when it was 30 degrees outside and the room faces the sun from the early morning. It was impossible to sleep with the heat. When we were checking out we were asked about the stay and when we informed them of the issue we were told that it was normal because the air conditioning wasn't on yet (clearly they think it is normal because they aren't the ones sleeping there...) and there was no apology given. Also, the breakfast was not very good - bread was hard, not enough savory options (although there were 20 different cakes and pastries) and there were no scrambled eggs for the 20 minutes we sat there. Overall the experience was not good, especially for a 4 star hotel.

Room is dirty, old, smelled of the cleaning products that have been used for I guess a good 20 years mixed with dirt and grime. Walls grayish and dirty, uncomfortable bed, disgusting carpet, I didn't dare walk bare feet, breakfast zero, couldn't even get a fresh orange juice (we don't have any orange three days in row).
