Minden tekintetben csodálatos adottságokkal rendelkező szálláshely. Csillagpontos szállásnak is tökéletes mert a környező nagyobb városok /Budva, Tivat, Herceg Novi/ akár kirándulás jelleggel is könnyen és rövid úton megközelíthetők. Kedves személyzet, jó felszereltség, tisztaság. Ott létünkkor a parkolás ingyenes volt. A reggelit akár a nyitott teraszon az öböl partján is elfogyaszthatod. A svédasztalos reggeli összetételében semmi különös, de összelehetett állítani különböző napi variációkat. A hotel oldalán találni olyan vendéglátó helyet aminek az áraiba nincs túlzottan beépítve a helyi "turizmus díja". :)

A hotel részéről nem volt ilyen, de a ferde szemű vendégek késő éjszakába nyúló hangoskodása kifejezetten zavarta a kikapcsolódást. Talán célszerű lenne, ha check in alkalmával a recepció felhívná a vendég figyelmét a helyes viselkedésre.

You can hear the neighbours as the walls are thin. It’s far from town and buses don’t run on the timetables announced. Hotel is old and ran down. Would benefit from an update

Loved the pool, beautiful ambience, comfortable beds. Very welcoming helpful reception ladies. Great a short walk to other restaurants along the waters edge. Should be upgraded to 4|5*

We did have some mould around the air conditioning unit and flies in the night light. However the receptionist immediately offered to change our room. It’s a shame we were then downgraded to a smaller room the following day by the next receptionist. The second room had no mattress protector covers which was odd as the first room did. And also there was a rip/marks in the mattress more like bleach but I would of liked a mattress protector maybe an oversight of housekeeping as hotel was spotless. I was quite upset when I asked the pool bar man (black hat) if he could chase up our pizza as we had waited 30 minutes. Rather than apologising he stated I had only been waiting 15. The time was on the receipt ! His response clearly shows he needs customer service training.

Fabulous location with a mountain view while you are in the swimming pool or directly in the sea accessible through a private and small beach made of little stone. Reception is always happy to help you and to bring for instance a candle for a birthday ! Restaurant is a little bit expensive but you can have diner at 2 meters from the sea. The continental breakfast (buffet) is largely enough for everyone.

Management of parking lot could be improved because of missing barrier and unfortunately of uneducated guests, your allocated parking place is changing everyday. I would recommend to repair to barrier and to provide a remote access by using the same electronic key as for the room.

O staff da área da piscina era eficiente. Foram cordiais ao prepararem 2 frutas para minha filha que não se sentiu bem e não podia consumir o que era oferecido no cardápio.

O banheiro era bem pequeno fazendo com que ao usar o vaso sanitário as pernas ficassem debaixo da pia. A cortina do quarto não funcionou na primeira noite e acordamos quando amanheceu sem conseguirmos voltar a dormir. Ao relatar na recepção, exigiram que fôssemos para o quarto aguardar o conserto. Tivemos que esperar mais de 20 min qdo desistimos e mostramos para a pessoa da limpeza o problema e pedimos que ela repassasse para a pessoa responsável. As 8h da manhã começava um barulho terrível como de móveis arrastando e aspirador de pó. Por algum motivo o ar condicionado, provavelmente, “puxava” o ar de fora e levava para dentro do quarto forte cheiro de cigarro ou comida em alguns momentos. Para terminar, a garçonete do restaurante foi extremamente indelicada. Terminamos de almoçar, éramos quatro e estávamos em 2 quartos, e meu marido e filho foram tomar banho - cada um em um quarto- dessa forma, o tempo de espera seria rápido e eu e minha filha tivemos a ideia de bebermos 2 drinks na área do restaurante à beira mar. Para nossa surpresa, a garçonete que havia acabado de nos servir, há uns 20 minutos no máximo, perguntou se pretendíamos comer ou apenas beber os drinks. Respondemos que havíamos acabado de almoçar e ela disse que então não poderíamos sentar ali!! Cancelamos os drinks e saímos perplexas por tamanha má vontade, uma vez que ela mesma havia nos servido o almoço e termos explicado que o tempo de permanência seria breve, apenas o de apreciar o drink esperando o restante da família.

Harika konumda ve harika hizmet aldik. Otel calisanlarindan Murat beye ilgi ve alakasindan dolayi cok tesekkur ederiz.

Havuzun temizlik ve bakimi zayifti. Ozellikle derz aralarinda yosun birikmisti. Baskaca hic bir sorunla karislasmadik.

Perfect view and setting we ended up staying an extra night we loved it so much :) The staff were so helpful and friendly :)
