Nice location, friendly staff.

The shower has a very small boiler, ... After not even 2 min the hot water is finished... If its really hot, it's ok. But if you would even like a slightly warm shower, after 2 minutes it's done and very cold. Showering with 2 or more people ,makes this very difficult. The beds at the swimming pool, are very uncomfortable! It hurts, very hard, and no possibility to change the stand of the back part. Which makes lying on your belly side very uncomfortable as well.

My apartment was spacious, clean and in a very good location if you are looking to be close to the bars and the fun. The staff at the reception were amazing, really nice, available anytime and very genuinely kind!!

- the apartments could be given to guests with shower gel/soap/washing up liquid. - also inform guests on how to operate the hot water by switching it on by a switch in the bathroom that could be easily missed due to its position. My first shower was cold as I didn’t see that until later being hidden by the door and towels - no air con

The staff especially Luzisa was super great. She helped me and my son the moment we stepped in the reception (our carry bag went missing).

The garbage shoot was a bit too small. So I ended up keeping all my trash for the cleaner to dispose at the end of the stay. Maybe there also a need for recycling even in the apartment(?).

Reception staff and cleaners are very peasant.

The apartment is directly over a restaurant/bar that plays very loud music until 2am. So I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge, but could still hear very loud music. (Just a little less in the lounge)

the noise from the bars below and the other guests were awful , residents putting on washing machines at 6am !! seriously that’s not on far to noisy

Everything on the doorstep. Restaurants and Supermercado next door and Yumbo Center.

Not the Apartments fault but the noice (old people screaming and drinking most nights between 00 to 03, from the restaurant Benny Hill) just under my bedroom, but I could sleep in my livingroom the first part of the night.

Location good for bars, restaurants and shops. Beach o ly a short walk down the road. Maspalomas also within walkable distance.

Quite noisy at night into early morning from bars in front of apartments. No washing up liquid to clean dishes.
