One of best Cannes hotels , the staff was friendly , rooms are clean, food is excellent and great location, we left with big smile definitely will be coming back .

Location, size of room, staff, food, pool area
The Spa (staff were awful, inflexible, poor value for money), lack of wardrobe hanging space in the room (minute for size of room and family of three), more water required in room daily, no sink in toilet to wash hands, toilet at other end of room from shower room where sink is, shower room door is like a sliding garage door, so noisy when opening and closing.

Super clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to all shopping, restaurants and the beach. The rooftop restaurant is also amazing. Best hotel out of all the places we stayed in compared to Paris, Aix, Saint Tropez, and Nice. I came with friends but will return with my family.

Breakfast was excellent, and the head waiter, George & his staff were absolutely great - very friendly, and spoke excellent English.
I also liked that I got my room upgraded, as the first room I was allocated was not to my liking.
I didn’t like the noise outside of my room, ie., a smoke alarm going off at 6.40am on Saturday morning, and doors banging early on…
Also, I could hear the people in the next room to me (I was in room 404) due to the ‘adjoining door’ I think?

Great location, 2mins walk to the Palais De Festival and La Crositte , friendly staff, excellent service, they make u feel special!
less busy than the other 5* hotels in Cannes full of celebrities and paparazzi during the festival which make the access better and easier.

Fabulous location. Hotel decor was very modern and interesting. It was scrupulously clean and very comfortable.
Only one tiny niggle - the plugs in the twin sinks in our bathroom did not work and clearly had never been connected to do so. We mentioned it shortly after arrival and was told someone would look at it but they didn't. However, it was not a huge inconvenience and the hotel was so nice overall.

The facilities are great, the staff are super friendly remembered me from my last trip in November last year. They’ve let me check out a little bit later as I was working (appreciated the extra flexibility)

The staff was very friendly, the rooftop heated pool and spa were very nice. Room is big and confortable. Also really liked the added touch of the free mini-bar (great service). Was slightly late at breakfast and they still arranged something for me one of the days very quickly.
