Dinner was nice in the front conservatory. Cooked omelette at breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was chaotic - staff were late, continental choices were nowhere to be seen. Not open early enough for my husband who was in business. Tea cups in room too small. Mugs might be better.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erschreckend schlechter Zustand...Schmutz und kaputte Einrichtung..Schimmel in der Dusche kaputte Gardinen..Lampen ohne Funktion..das erste zugewiesene Zimmer war schon Schrott.. klein und laut Faustgrosse Löcher in der Gardine....dann nach Beschwerde ein ruhigeren Zimmer bekommen...ruhig ab 21.00 vorher links und rechts die Abluftrohre der Küche...wir wussten also bei offenem Fenster was die Gäste bestellten...Zimmerzustand von 3 Lampen ging eine..Die Duscharmatur konnte man mitsamt Verrohrung aus der Wand ziehen..Beim Verstellen musste man sie festhalten.Duschtür klemmt und die Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken keine Funktion..Spiegelränder blind...absolutes Abenteuerzimmer..

Very clean room. It overlooked gorgeous allotments and tennis courts at the back of the hotel and had a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was spacious. The shower itself had good pressure. It was very quiet so we had good quality sleep while we were there. The breakfasts were superb.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We thought the decor was a little tired and dated but it certainly wouldn’t put us off staying there again.

Arriving at the cults it has a welcoming look to the outside the receptionist was very polite and helpful with me being disabled I used the lift, that was quite the experience as I have never been in one quite like that one before, the room was lovely very spacious the bed was extra large the mattress was a little to firm for me, but that is my preference the room has a balcony which was very nice for morning tea, you could watch people work in their allotments or the sport courts. We were booked in for bed and breakfast there was plenty of choice of hot and cold meals plus plenty of tea and coffee, we also had a evening meal again plenty of choice and very nice, the waiting staff were very polite and nothing seemed to much if extra items were required. Over all a lovely place to stay and if i,m in Aberdeen again I would stay here again.

The only issue I had would be the bath mat this one was not in the best condition.
