Well entertained facilitys, clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff very service minded and helpful, they really made our stay!

Extra fee for using the air conditioner, is by my opinion a scam! No hand soap in our bathroom, just 2 really small tubes of schampoo/shower gel. Owners all day sitting in the restaurant and suspiciously watching their guests isnt really comfortable. Very noisy from the hallway, the doors into our room wasnt keeping the noice out and others guests door slamming.

I am disappointed ... the photos and descriptions do not reflect the rooms we were given. If it weren't for the lady in curls who is smiling all the time, polite to every guest and treats everyone equally, we would have given the 1st room: in room 104 there was a cockroach in the bathroom that hid under the bathtub, there is no wifi in these underground rooms and you can only dream about the range . bathroom that does not match the photos, the bathtub is much smaller and slimy. the towels were dirty (some black stains from others). sheets in a pile ... a small stain on the corner of the sheets but it was ... the garden is the best, the view of the garden is a joke. when we returned to the room from the beach it was washed so much that there was still water left and I almost fell over because it was slippery and the slippers on the tiles had a good glide. In addition, the service of the lady in blue hair in the evening hours is terrible !! Very not polite, she was not interested in how we ate (she treated other guests differently, maybe she does not like Poles?) And the best thing is that when we were on sunbeds and she wanted something from us, she was a WHISTLE at us as for dogs ... so she preferred us to the dish to the table. I advise against ... never again. The hideous neighborhood itself, planes flying overhead every now and then and air conditioning for € 7 for one day is also a joke. Everything is paid there, even billiards, for a moment we wondered if they would also want money for the pool. The soup of the day? the same tomato every day and there was no lunch of the day because after the blue lady's consultation with the owner, they probably decided that it was better not to give. The exit to the balcony in 102 is without a handle, if we wanted to open it, I had to use two knives. tragedy.

The hotel is far from the centers of activity in the city of Rhodes and we had to take expensive taxis 20 euros to travel in each direction. In addition, the hotel demanded 14 euros per day from us to get the remote control to operate the air conditioner so we were without an air conditioner all day. Luckily this is just the beginning of summer.

Overall nice and comfortable hotel with good breakfast and nice staff. Very good location for one night stay. Easy access to airport by bus.

Great location, food and people. Prices were awsome! Everyone was friendly and helpfull, hotel close to Rhodes, bus stops next to the hotel (2.50€ one way), just 20mins. Clean, good breakfasts and dinners. Amazing.
