We particularly enjoyed the communal breakfast set-up. There are various cooked options, and they are served with care. The rooms are very well facilitated. Cleanliness standards are high throughout. There is a spacious garden, with friendly dogs.

We used the local bus service, which is great on Sundays, but doesn't run so well during the week!

Absolutely top stay. Perfect location to a wedding we were attending. Pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful rooms and facilities! Owners couldn’t do more to make our stay better. Shame we didn’t have longer to enjoy this beautiful room/house. 5 stars!!

Carol and Ceris were warm and friendly. The room and bathroom was luxurious and spotless. Very comfortable bed. The breakfasts on both mornings were excellent. There was so much chouce of cereal and fruit as well as the cooked items.

Likely the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The room was large with a huge en suite. Extremely comfortable and well furnished with a real attention to detail. Great breakfast with a wide range of options. Carol and Ceri really knocked it out of the park and made us feel welcome!

The breakfasts were wonderful. There were many options from the full English breakfast to porridge with honey and banana. The proprietors are delightful, interesting and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. And there is a lovely backyard garden that guests can enjoy. We chose this location in the English countryside because it was a short drive from Glyndebourne Opera which opera-lovers should definitely experience.

Everything was perfect, helpful and charming hosts. Everything well thought out to make stay memorable, the beautiful garden was an added bonus and hosts even provided a taxi service to nearby glyndebourne.

Wonderful place to stay if you are planning to visit Brighton and Eastbourne area. The garden and the dogs were so lovely! Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The room was very clean and very well equipped.

warm, welcoming and like home from home. lovely property well furnished clean and comfortable place to be, wonderful hosts as well.

It was without doubt, the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed room, with everything thing and more you’d expect to be in it. Carol had thought of everything when designing her B&B, even the guitar playing chef (Ceri) haha, made a mean breakfast, from a comprehensive menu choice…can’t wait to stay there again. The biggest surprise, was opening our bedroom door and finding a ballon and card, from Carol and Ceri, celebrating our anniversary. Thank you thank you!

It was perfect…no complaints

Our stay at Beechwood B&B was amazing from start to finish. Carol and Ceri couldn’t do enough for us .. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you needed .. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice we will definitely be returning in the future.

It was such a beautiful gem of a place to stay. Our purpose was to go to the opera at Glyndebourne. Fabulous room and gardens . Lovely patio area at the rear which we were able to enjoy with the owners on our arrival Carol and Kerry made us very welcome. Definitely go back to stay .😊😊
