Very friendly, professional reception. Everywhere in the hotel was absolutely spotless. Room was a good standard, bed comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and well presented. Very convenient for the beach and close to local restaurants and shops.

In the standard room we stayed in the shower base was very small.

Away from the shops but very close to. Across the beach with a lovely view. Definitely happy that we had a balcony on the front side to enjoy the view. Spacious.

Breakfast was moderate, location is very good and beach is amazing! Hotel is located in quiet area of the city and that helps a lot. We were in October - so there were no problem with parking or place on the beach. Very good beach!

Shower was leaking, room on first floor felt like basement (depressing) and there was no place to wash your legs from the beach, so we had ton of sand in the room without broom/scoop.

Breakfast was good! Place was quiet and location was great.

Excellent location on beachfront with own, reasonably priced, sunbeds and umbrellas. Also adjacent snack bar providing light lunch options. Rooms small but clean. Good (buffet) breakfast. Close to all amenities including supermarkets, ATMs and restaurants including an excellent vegetarian one.

Confusion over booking meant suite booked not available. Cheaper side room quite acceptable.

Location and view on the sea

We had an old room. It was quite noisy and loud in the Hotel, you could hear neighbours and the hallway.

Wifi was the fastest we had on the entire trip. Location was nice, across the road from a beach (which was windy while we were there). Probably the only place on Crete where people actually wore masks. Breakfast was included, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee tea fairly typical of Crete breakfasts.

Air conditioning is central and after covid you start to think differently about how all that air circulates. Aircon also is turned off from 8am to 2pm and I noticed it goes on cold blast from 7-8am. When the air is on you do feel you can control the room temp. The rooms need to be updated/renovated. I also did not like returning the key each time we left the room without any real control on who takes your key. Didn't feel super safe for me. The price was higher than other locations we visited around the island considering the quality, value for money felt off.

Location right opposite the beach

Room was very dark.. breakfast was awful.. orange juice was half fizzy half flat, fruit consisted of lemons.. Madeira cake, rotten looking meat and dried bread with no toaster …

Helpful staff

Breakfast was included in price but we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast openend, so I‘d rather not pay for that. More expensive compared to more superiors accommodations that we stayed in in the previous days.

There is no off road parking. When presented with a problem, water from the air conditioning ruined my files and maps, the response by management was child like. The 24 hours reception promised does not exist. At night they were asleep or missing

For us location was perfect, as the hotel is located really close to the sea and little bit far from downtown (quiet place). Since hotel is close to the sea, it's allowed to eat breakfast on their terrace and get sea view satisfaction. Their staff are friendly, helped us to open a bottle of wine and gave wine glasses. Also we liked their breakfasts, variety wasn't big, but all was tasty.

In our economy room we had small bathroom, not really convenient opening doors process. A shower curtain isn't long enough and most of water falls to a floor and the angle of the floor is not correct, because all water collected near lavatory pan and not falls down in the hole.
