The grounds were a little run down, need to make look a bit smarter Shower very small and hair dryer old style and not effective

The hundreds of bees swarming the pool deck made it impossible to access the water.

Lovely place managed by lovely people. The hotel is in the middle of a forest quiet, nice air. Good stay! I do highly recommend

We loved to come back every evening to this beautiful villa, to sit in comfortably and enjoy picturesque garden, olive trees. The environment was very friendly, nice and relaxing

Nice family run hotel just minutes away (by car) from Spoleto. Simple and comfortable room with a great generous breakfast served by the owner herself in the dining room which is decorated with lots of interesting vintage memorabilia. Clean and surrounded by green which made it a pleasant and peaceful stay.

The secluded, green location, very close to town, is wonderful. The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly but not intrusive, and very polite.

The room was a little small and it lacked the curtains, therefore was not completely dark in the early morning.

The place was very nice and the breakfast has been a great experience in a particular setting. We suggest to take a ride here.

It's a pity the condition of the street towards the hotel: I risked many times to damage my car, due to its low skirts. The wifi, sometimes, wasn't working properly.
