Quiet room. Basic eating utensils provided

Nothing of great concern. No one in reception but emailed instructions which proved fine in accessing room

I have stayed in many, many hotels and motels in my time of all shapes, sizes and ratings and this one has to be one of the quietest I’ve ever come across. As a relatively light sleeper, external noise is always a factor I consider when choosing a place to stay and this one was brilliant - didn’t hear a thing when the other guests left in the morning. Add to that a well appointed and spacious room with an excellent shower and this place turned out to be an absolutely pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Really struggling to come up with anything…and I always come up with something. Was very happy with this stay.

Bathroom door was a bit tricky, but no complaints.

Refurbished and modern room interiors, quiet yet very convenient location to CBD. Excellent sized bath linen (often overlooked in many motels!)

Position, cleanliness, lovely linen, great big towels. Efficiency of staff, great contact, messages sent re access to room. Well run establishment.

Only fault, no bed side table on right hand side only one on left ??? Just inconvenient for phone etc, nowhere close to put. Minor complaint.

Quiet and clean accomodation with good location.

Beds weren't the most comfortable one's after a two day trip my back and neck were really sore and I'm not even that old!

modern, quiet, clean and easy access with lockbox.

The bed was very, very uncomfortable. We did not sleep well. It was very hard and the pillows very soft. We felt like we were sleeping on a floor. The bed let the room rating down as otherwise the room was fabulous.

A very comfortable stay made even better by the heated bathroom floor on a very cool night. My preferred motel in Tumut.

Great location. Warm and comfortable room room with underfloorheating in bathroom. Good size TV with free Kayo and Stan.

Matresses just OK. Building very basic and room looked straight onto a close fence.

Location was good.

Parking was a bit tight.
