The staff was fantastic. Food was ok as well.

The rooms need to be updated. It is old. The beds were like cardboard-very uncomfortable. Coffee should be included in all rooms and should not have to pay for more

Grounds were clean! Friendly, accommodating staff. Even the stray animals were friendly. shuttle.

we had a hard time getting warm/ hot water to come out of shower. Maybe label and turn on when new patrons arrive.

The view and the service

The view in most of the resort is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly. The shuttle between the various part of the resort is super convenient. Overall, the availability of amenities is top.

Air conditioning in the room was good but not excellent, and it was the only place where we could cool off. The choice at the buffet was not the best (nearly no fish) but the food was good.

The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. By far it was the only location were my needs were met.

The villa needs to be upgraded. Furniture and cabinets are in bad shape. The closets in the rooms look more like housekeeping closets, bad arrangement of shelves, very small and uncomfortable space for hangers. The outside of the village was littered with broom sticks and pieces of tiles. Also, booking.com customers are treated as second class citizens. I was denied a visit from a friend because I was a booking.com reservation. I had to wait until pass 3 o'clock to check in under the claim that the room was being cleaned and when we got to the room the AC was turned off and the room did not smell freshly cleaned which tells me the room was ready for a long time but they just wanted to give us a hard time. I would never go back to this property.

Breakfast was good and location was good! They have shuttles running all day and it’s easy to get around.

The all inclusive is not great! We asked for extra water bottles in fridge and they said we had to pay for it. You have to buy your own drinks at the beach, that’s not included. You should know this before booking..

CS is terrible not kind at all. Seems like everyone hates their job. Facilities are not taken care at all, bathrooms are dirty and rooms are old. If you read this review, I recommend you to think about it twice before choosing this hotel

I love the location and the views. This was also a very safe resort. Security seemed to be everywhere and the employees were very kind & helpful.

When it was late the shuttle didn't seem to run even though it said it ran until midnight.

comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Nice cocktails. Stunning view. Shuttle buses up and down were regular and handy

safe was broken and not working. shower was faulty. not enough toiletries provided. Paid a lot of money to stay and then a further $150 to stay from 12-3pm due to delayed flight. Staff never got back to me about if I could stay. had me sat waiting for call that never came. then when I called back told me i have to go to reception now to discuss, then got locked out of room again after 12, so had to go reception again. couldn’t get a drink of juice between breakfast at 6.30 to 11am despite being inclusive. when I complained she got me a glass of tap water. ooh and somebody called my room phone at 11.30pm and woke me for no reason. overall would not stay again. gorgeous view. when I went for walk other rows smelt. lots of bags of rubbish laying around. Huge TV but no reception. Great room apart from safe. Beautiful view from balcony. Too expensive for 3 hours to stay extra

Lounge and Bar and the atmosphere was awesome, and the customer service is amazing.

The view from the room was spectacular, room was clean and comfy, the staff were very nice… but the rest of the “all inclusive” experience was lacking.

Food was mediocre at best and that’s being very generous in saying. while edible it was the worst food experienced during my time in Costa Rica, plus limited alcohol selection, up charges for certain things. Overall, the value of the all inclusive is just not there.
