Convenient when visiting Autodesk in same building. Staff very helpful. Kitchen area has all the things needed for self servicing.

The property is dated and needs refurbishment. The bed was hard. Hot water heater switch not well labelled so got turned off resulting in cold shower. Drain in bathroom sinks very slow to drain.

What we particularly liked was the ease with which we could MRT from this apartment all over Singapore. The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Having a large food hall, a supermarket and other shops in the building was very useful.

I really liked the location, and how close the mrt was. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing, and had just as amazing room cleaning.

Room got booked via Booking.com as a 2 adults+1 child room. However at arrival it turned out the room was only for 2 adults. Staff at reception mentioned it was not possible to add an extra bed. However there was sufficient room to do so. I left my wife and kid in the room for the night and went out in town searching for an emergency room elsewhere for myself. The next day I insisted at the staff/reception supervisor to add an extra bed. Only with intervention of the reception manager this was done. However I had to pay extra for the bed and my request for a commercial gesture was only partially met with a small discount. It costed me ultimately S$85 extra per night excl taxes. Citadines claimed this was not their fault. Bottom line: I have been fooled by Citadines via booking.com with a 2+1 booked room where I had to look for an emergency solution myself for 1 night and where I had to pay a significant extra cost for a bed. I strongly recommend Citadines + Booking.com to correct this offering on the website(s) to prevent recurrence for other customers!

Furnishing felt a bit cheap for the price paid, we also found a giant cockroach in the kitchen on the first night we moved in, had to handle the situation ourselves and call room service to send the pest control the next day.
