The pool and location

The Room with A/C cost more and the A/C didn’t work well it didn’t not cold the room at all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone of you like a hotel with A/C and there is ants on the room also and wifi was delivered to slow

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant service was incredible and the food as well! Parking was excellent as well! we felt safe throughout our stay.

We just missed a trash bin in the room since we had to go to the restroom every time we needed to throw something but it was just a minimal thing. If you stay on the first floor it might get a little noisy if someone is using the pool or just speaking very loud at the restaurant.

The pool creates an impression of comfort and peaceful.

The staff didn’t manage with guests who spent hours disturbing the time of sleep. on the one hand, if you expect a fantastic breakfast, be ready for a small plate with one slice of ham and another of cheese and a basket with bread. On the other hand, they offer restaurant service, however, most of the dishes aren’t available.

Decent breakfast, good location not noisy. Great restaurant and great staff!

The hot water. Hot water is an issue in Perú and they did have hot water in one of our rooms but on the other it took about 10 minutes to get a little warm. Other than that great hotel.

the property is in a good location near to huacachina and close to a large shopping mall with plenty of places to eat and drink. comfortable bed, nice seating area on the roof

the shower pressure was not great and the pool is in the centre of the building and did not see much sun so was very cold. they told us at the time of checking in that our booking had been cancelled which it hadn’t and they had no proof of which. the staff member at the time was not very polite or helpful and suggested that we’d need to pay their standard rate rather than our online rate from booking.com. luckily the staff from there onwards were great and when the time came to pay they charged us our original quoted rate so I think they had realised their error

Hear everytime music from the pool

The property is located in Ica and away from the busy part of Huacachina and the Centre town of Ica, we like it that it’s quite. Taxi will costs you between 8 Sole to 12 Sole from Huacachina, just ask the staff to book you a taxi. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. We ask for our breakfast earlier than 7:00am because we needed to go early and breakfast was serve at 6:00am the next day, you must try their Peruvian black coffee. Internet was good, property is super clean, they take pride of it and tables have fresh flowers. They have a small shop for basic staff.

No air con in the room but there is a fan.

I like the breakfast with fresh fruits, warm bred. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is superB.

I think the size of the swimming pool is too small, maybe they can expand the hotel outside (there are plenty of space).

I truly enjoyed the hotel and loved the staff! On my last night, we needed dinner and the restaurants around were closed for the day. We talked to the receptionist and she made us some sandwiches to help us out. We truly appreciated the gesture!

It;s a very nice place to stay, has good 24/7 security and it is close to a mayor shopping mall and other interesting sites to visit. Rooms are large, nice and clean and the staff are kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay. We didn't have time to use the pool however it was very clean and a welcoming site. The hotel is a short ride to Huacachina where you will enjoy the most exhilarating ride of your life and engulf yourself of mother nature beauty.
