The breakfast was excellent in a beautiful antique like setting. The view from the villa is very nice. The staff was ready to assist with any questions or requests. The owner was known by all which made it easy to ask for directions. The toiletries were luxurious and the room spacious.

It was far to walk from the port but it’s also the beauty of it as the views are beautiful and the hotel is away from the crowds and crowded areas. It’s not a negative unless you have mobility issues.

We were delighted with both the service and the quality of the property. Peppe was super accommodating and arranged for our transfers to and from Naples and then changed them after flight delays. Elena greeted us on arrival and a staff member carried our bags to the suite. The property is the perfect distance from the main road, providing peace and tranquility, while still being very convenient. Elena took time to orient us to both the villa and the geography, which was important given the vertical layout of the town. It is 20 minutes at a very relaxed pace to the main beach, and 30 minutes at that same pace to walk across town. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and we were told they have the largest private gardens in Positano. Beautifully decorated public spaces are available for guests in the main villa. We stayed in the CMR Royal Suite which had the most astonishing views. The cleanliness and state of the rooms, and indeed the property itself, was exceptional and indicative of not only the high degree of professionalism in the operation and maintenance of the property, but the pride and love you get with a family owned business. Our suite was spacious and wonderfully appointed. Pictures and description are exactly as described on their well designed website. As spectacular as the Amalfi Coast is, it was always a pleasure to return to Casa di Peppe at the end of a busy day, it really is an oasis. The La Casa di Peppe website says “buffet breakfast” which is an understatement. The dining room table was loaded with an astonishing variety of baked goods, fruit, cheese, bread, pancakes, cake and other items. Meat and cheese are available as is your choice of excellent caffeinated beverage. The breakfast balcony was the perfect place to combine the wonderful view and breakfast and once again, the service was superlative. A fantastic way to start the day. Breakfast was in the main room daily, with seating on the outside terrace to enjoy the views while sipping coffee. Great continental breakfast served by a hostess, and a good selection of pastries, fruit, cheese, granola, cereal, etc.

Nothing! Seriously, La Casa Di Peppe is everything that everyone writes about AND more. Nothing better than a boutique hotel (that only accommodates 14 people) to make you feel like it's your own private villa in one of the most stunning locales on the globe.

The breakfast was great! very European! The view of the ocean is breathtaking. I could have sat there all day and just drank Italian coffee. There is a person that helps you with what you need and makes coffee.

The only thing I didn't like was the stairs. But that is Positano! It was a lot of stairs to the beech but once you are there the beech is amazing. Very beautiful and more quiet than the bigger beech nearby. Lovely area. You do need to pay for a beech chair extra. But incredibly beautiful.

I’ve been away working around the world for the past 6 months. I had a short 5 day window to visit somewhere so I decided to take my girlfriend to Positano for a few days. I must say, the stay at Peppe’s guest house exceed all expectations. We arrived late near midnight and was greeted by Peppe who managed to give us a warm welcome even at that time of the night. Both him and his partner Elena happened to be short of a receptionist so it meant that they both went above and beyond to work overtime ensuring their guests had a great stay- it did not show that they were short staffed! The property itself is BEAUTIFUL. Breakfast on the balcony over looking the Amalfi coast was like watching a scene from the talented Mr. Ripley or similar! I truly can not rate the place and staff enough. We managed to pre-book the majority of our restaurants etc as we were there in peak season, but Peppe still got us in to a final restaurant on our last day with lots of other recommendations during our visit. Thank you Peppe and Elena- hopefully we can return again someday. A solid 10/10.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Elena was extremely helpful in making plans for our trip. Peppe is awesome. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We definitely plan to go back again!

La Casa di Peppe is in the perfect location to walk to both the center of Positano and the less crowded Fornillo beach. The property was tranquil and quiet, and the view was stunning! Elena and Peppe went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was also incredible, and the staff was so nice and helpful— we cant wait to come back!

Incredible views of the water from our terrace! Delightful hosts assisted with dinner reservations and extremely welcoming. The Casa and the grounds are beautiful with a delicious breakfast served on the patio overlooking the harbor!

The stay at Peppe's was perfect in every way! The room was wonderful with a private bathroom, breakfast every morning was delicious (and plentiful), location was amazing, and the staff was very kind. Peppe and Elena helped us book some restaurant reservations and provided us with some recommendations on places to eat/visit. The amount of helpfullness and personalization just couldn't have been found at a hotel. We LOVED our stay there!!

The only downside was that the hallway that we were in was shared with one other room, so when the other guests came home late at night, it woke us up. Overall, a VERY minor issue and nothing to worry too much about:) Also, there are lots of steps (~500) to walk up to Peppe's after a day in the center of town/the beach. It is doable, but just takes a little while (the reality of Positano), so be aware of that before booking! This also meant great ocean views, though, so it was worth the trade off for us.

The place is sensational. A unique and luxurious house with amazing views. Close to the main road but a little farther than the craziness of shopping/tourists. Also Pepe and his girlfriend really catered to our needs. Since pickup/ drop off is non standard, they worked with our hotel in Napoli to arrange car service - even making a switch to booking we had already made to return to Napoli.

It’s not a standard hotel in that you can drive up to it. But that’s Positano. There’s a lot of pedestrian only walk ways and stairs.

everything about our stay was amazing. Pepe was such a great host as he grew up in positano and gave us many spectacular recommendations. The location is perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet but still walkable to basically everything. Won’t stay anywhere else! Thank you Pepe.

The location and the hotel itself were both magnificent! We loved the view and proximity to spaggio beach which was less touristy and crowded than the main beach but still a quick walk to the main area and it’s downtown shops. Other small perks were the amazing spacious shower, incredible breakfast buffet, and they constantly refill your waters when cleaning the room which was so vital for us dehydrated and thirsty Americans :)

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the central hub so you are undisturbed with calm sounds of the ocean in the mornings and evenings, a perfect place to relax with scenic views a beautiful terrace/garden, accommodating staff and lovely owners Pepe and Elena, who will help you make the most of your stay in Positano, they have great connections and were very nice.

My partner & I agree this is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we experienced outstanding hospitality from Peppe, Elena & their team - we really felt at home. The property is stunningly beautiful, with the most amazing views, and you can tell so much thought has gone into every detail. We didn’t want to leave!

The whole environment are wonderful. The host are super friendly and considerate. It feels like home.

La Casa di Peppe is a wonderful place to stay while you are in Positano. There are only a few rooms available as it is Peppe's family mansion converted into a guest house. You get personalised attention from Peppe or from his lovely partner, Elena. There was nothing too difficult for our hosts to organise and they offered all sorts of information about Positano, tours and even the history of Italy. The views from the balconies on the top floor suites are glorious - we found it hard to leave the room to see the town. Especially when we started to drink a purchased bottle of Chianti from them - which was the best one we have ever had. You could also wander around in their garden adjacent to the building which is unique for Positano. Wifi, Sky channels, and their own Netflix account kept us connected to the outside world and the provided breakfast kicked each day off in great style.

Casa Di Peppe is near Grotta di Fionillo which is a little out of the way from the main piazza - and like most of the accomodation in Positano - up a very steep hill. Peppe's instructions were impeccable but my (international) phone was not working for calling him on our arrival. For those uninitiated in Positano ways, the best thing to do (just like Peppe's instructions beforehand) is take a taxi to Grotta di Fionillo and get the driver to call him. I was anxious about asking a driver to do this but I needn't of worried because "everyone" in Positano knows Peppe!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! They had every little thing you could need regarding toiletries and had great views. Will definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast on amazing terrace with beautiful view out to Positano and the ocean. The hotel itself is also beautiful with a lovely little garden. The room was clean, spacious and had a great comfortable bed. The bathroom was also beautiful and has some fun crazy lights where you can control the colours and brightness! 🙂

Nothing really. But given the main picture had a jacuzzi we thought there might be one for communal use - there is one in a lovely spot in the garden but it is not in use. Although I expect in the summer it is probably too hot for it anyway!

Casa di Pepe is lovely place with all features you need to have perfect vacation: starting from equipment you have in the room to service that is provided on daily basis ( including booking of parking place, service of carrying luggeges etc). You can count on the owner who gives you piece of advice not only about what to visit ( if you do not know) but also about wines or restaurants. Highly recommended to book apartment with tarrace- to see amazing garden during the day and also lights of Positano during the night while you drink amazing wine!
