I liked the comfy bed, the size of the room, the design.

It was very warm in the room although there wasn't any heating device turned on, the window jammed and I couldn't open it and the shower was clogged, the water drained very slowly.

Good breakfast, good hotel near the city centre.

Strange smell from the sink in the bathroom.

Everything was amazing. Very good breakfast with many options. The room was exceptionally clean. Toiletries were premium quality, better than all other hotels I have stayed. Very kind and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable room, clean and good price.

Although not a problem, the booking was switched from Vigo Grand to the other Vigo Hotel. Aparantly low or no other booked in. I only learned about the change when I was in the taxi coming from the station. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The room phone rang twice in the middle of the night with no one on the other end. Just resolved it by taking phone off the hook.

employees were quite ok, doesnt matter which of the two you book, its gonna lead you to the same place, but that is ok. also big flatscreen tv, breakfast looked good (didnt eat, was in a hurry). comfy bed.

doesnt matter which of the two you book, its gonna lead you to the same place. the place smells like mold (a bit of feet actually, if you may), the furniture is old so it has also a distinctive smell. the electronics inside are from the ‘80s or ‘90s and the “air conditioning” was leaking water. when we checked in, we stepped on a considerably large puddle of water that soaked the carpet. the doorknob fell down as it lacked the screw that should stay in place. you get the point, it’s not a 4 star hotel for sure. the kitschy furniture in the living downstairs and on the hallways doesnt make it so, it just makes it kitschy.
