Breakfast was amazing! The location was great as well and it was really nice to have the shuttle service too

The view of Naples Bay was nice. The pool was adequate and clean. The apartments are located at the top of a steep narrow road and there is a free shuttle bus service which is available to use from 09.00 to 11.00 and then from 16.00 to 00.00, the drivers are really nice people, friendly & helpful. Fortunately for me I am in good physical shape so the walk up & down was not to arduous but for those who are elderly, or not in the best of health, then the climb I feel would be to much. We had gone to Sorrento for a friends wedding so having the free shuttle service end at midnight meant that we had to leave the celebrations earlier than we would have liked.

From the first night of our stay the air conditioning in the room was not working, which then meant that due to the heat & humidity of Sorrento in August, we were unable to get a good nights sleep. We informed the owner that the AC was not working and he said that he would have it looked at. On the 3rd day somebody did look at it but were unable to fix it and that a replacement part was required. We had to request fans in the room to at least in someway help circulate the air, these were not initially offered to us, which you would have thought would have been the least that could be done by the owner. We continued to ask on a daily basis as to when the AC would be fixed, as the fans were not really making much improvement to our nights sleep. On the day before we left another repairman appeared, with the result being that he said that the unit needed replacing completely, so this could not be done before we were due to leave. The disappointing thing is that you could see that the AC unit was a tired piece of equipment and should have been renewed way back, especially in such a warm country. It just felt like that the owner was squeezing the last bit of life out of a machine and if it did fail, then those people paying to stay in his apartment would just have to accept that these things happen, instead of him taking the view that investment is a good way to ensure things do not fail and your paying customers then have an enjoyable stay. We loved the amazing views, pool area, lovely hosts and very quiet location. Enjoyed the peaceful walk down to Sorrento and the fabulous service of the shuttle bus.

A few more kitchen utensils would be good.

Such a beautiful hotel and location. Surrounded by lemon trees, so peaceful and the most amazing view where you can watch sunrise/sunset with a bottle of wine!

Nothing! Just ensure you are getting the shuttle service which runs no later than midnight as the road up to the hotel is too narrow for normal cars to get through so if you cannot get the shuttle you would need to walk or find bikes to take you down the road.

Loved the roof terrace overlooking Sorrento and the sunset, it was a beautiful location and views with great facilities including a pool.

Despite advertising air conditioning, there is only air conditioning in a shared living room and not in individual bedrooms. This made our nights a bit uncomfortable with the heat during our summer stay.

After a busy stay in Rome, this was a very welcome retreat, on the hillside over looking Sorrento. Being away from the town was actually a positive, as it was away from all the hustle and bustle. The morning and afternoon/evening free shuttle bus make the distance almost unnoticeable. On a couple of occasions we did walk in, which was a nice change and only actually took us 15 mins to the Pollio supermarket pickup point. The stunning views, and the peace and quiet made us not actually want to go into Sorrento on an evening, instead we choose to picnic on the terrace, watching the sun set with a bottle of wine. In the day, we enjoying relaxing in the pool, with amazing views of versuvius. The owners are beautiful and will do everything to help, including a shuttle to the airport for 70 euros. The breakfasts were amazing. Thank you so much Guiseppe and family, we look forward to returning and visiting Erculano one day!

Nothing! It was amazing.

This location is so beautiful and serene. We loved being away from the crowds and noise, and the pool was such a bonus after a day out in the sun. The owners are so friendly and you feel like your staying at a relative’s house. We didn’t mind the shuttle because the timing worked out for us, but definitely worth being away from the center if you are wanting a more leisurely stay.

I did wish it was a bit cleaner and had more items for the kitchen (i.e. a kitchen knife and coffee)

Excellent value for money. Rustic charm with plenty of space. Great pool to relax in and a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. Lovely home cooked breakfast and hosts that are very happy to accommodate their guests. Easy, friendly and free shuttle service all day and night.
