Nous avons tout aimé dans cette maison. L'accueil de la propriétaire, l'espace, la chambre avec dressing, le billard, la table de ping-pong, les planches de surf avec combi, la plancha et la piscine. Le jardin est abrité des regards et très convivial avec ses deux espaces pour déjeuner ou prendre l'apéro, en fonction du temps.

La casa es muy bonita, muy bien equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos. Volveremos en verano para poder disfrutarla más

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle demeure moderne et décorée avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal, la piscine est très grande et le billard ainsi que le ping pong ont été apprécié par nos ados. La propriétaire est super gentille, l'accueil est très sympa. N'hésitez pas si vous voulez séjourner près de Saint Jean de Luz sans avoir les inconvénients de l'hyper centre.

Les photos du site ne donnent même pas assez bien comparé à la réalité de la maison. Calme, beauté, équipements.... idéal situé proche de tout même d un city pour notre ado sportif. Adresse à retenir nous étions 4 mais largement de la place pour plus sans avoir sentiment d être les uns sur les autres.

Séjour magnifique. Pierre et Nerea sont des hôtes admirables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison parfaitement équipée, idéalement placée pour visiter à pied ou à vélo (disponible dans la maison) Ciboure et St Jean de Luz ou pour jouer sur le golf de Ciboure distant de 150m. Pierre Etchegaray et sa femme ont été des hôtes charmants, réactifs et de bons conseils. Nous y retournerons sans doute.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré Mr Etchegaray mais sa femme, qui nous a reçus, était très sympathique et drôle. Ce sont des propriétaires très réactifs et attentionnés. La villa est magnifique et bien équipée. Tout y a été pensé pour le bien-être et une détente totale. Il y a toujours de quoi s'occuper. Aucune fois les quatre enfants de notre groupe n'ont allumé la TV ou ont passé du temps sur leur téléphone ou jeux vidéos. La piscine chauffée a été très appréciée, même par pluie légère ou tard le soir. La maison est bien située, à quelques minutes à pied de St Jean de Luz. Ciboure est une bonne base pour explorer le Pays Basque, l''Espagne ou bien pour faire des balades en montagnes ou au bord de la rivière.

My only complaint would be there were no screens on the bedroom windows. So on warm nights when we left the windows open we got mosquitos. Other than that it was a great house. We loved the pool, ping pong table, pool table and bikes. It was an easy walk or bike into town. The town was amazingly sweet! It's a beautiful area with tons to do. The owner was very nice and helpful. Yes, stay at this house!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Es war ein super Aufenthalt und Gastgeber Pierre war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

La villa est bien équipée, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Ciboure et du Centre Saint Jean de Luz. Vacances agréable avec belle piscine chauffée. Les vélos mis à disposition sont vraiment un plus pour les petits déplacement et ballade en bord de mer. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire!

Maison très agréable avec un équipement conforme à la description. L'accueil est parfait. Petit bémol sur la chambre en mezzanine qui n'a aucun rangement et qui n'est pas à l'abri du bruit de la pièce à vivre du fait de fines cloisons amovibles. Malgré tout nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Being a family of 8 (parents with two teenagers, brother with wife and grandparents), there was enough room to enjoy the two weeks of holidays. Everything was just perfectly equipped including towels, pool towels, bedding and so on. Even the Basic kitchen stuff was there, so no need to run to the stores to get sugar and salt... Sports and leisure equipment is extraordinary - for indoors and outdoors! So it was easy to get through the rainy days. The landlords live in the fronthouse and are easily accessible when needed! A little welcome gift made it even more special. A big thank you to Pierre and Nerea! The small garden is perfectly designed and provides many places to retreat. The pool is great, heated and well maintained! It was great to only have a 10 minutes walk to Saint-Jean-De-Luz and 15 minutes to the beaches there. We also used the bikes provided to cycle to the big supermarket (10 - 15 min). A bakery and a small supermarket are 5 minutes away. Besides this, the area is just great, the people are friendly, the food is delicious, mountains and sea really beautiful. Certainly a place to recommend and to return.

Although it rained and rained the week we were there this house is fabulous for a family - plenty of room to spread out with table tennis and a pool table. We didn't use the pool much but it was a good size and the heater would have worked great if not for torrential rainfall all night and most mornings!! The wifi was good, the washing machine and clothes dryer etc all good. Kitchen very well equipped with herbs, oil etc as well as lots of pots and pans etc. Pierre was a great host and explained how everything worked before he left us to it. Great location and we walked to local small shops for groceries and patisseries most days. We also found it easier to walk along the river into town for shopping and meals than to try to get a park in town. Would highly recommend this property for large groups or families.

We loved our stay in this spacious, elegant, comfortable house. Six of us had a great family holiday here. Pierre welcomed us so well - met us at the airport and drove us to the house, then lent us a car to get groceries. Downstairs the house is amazing - lots of space, very quiet, well-equipped kitchen, music system, pool table (!), lots of areas for sitting both inside and out, and a lovely big heated pool that we spent a lot of time in. The area is great too. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood next to a golf course, but a fifteen minute walk alongside the scenic river Nivelle brings you to the compact old town of St Jean de Luz, or to the train station (we went to San Sebastian and Hendaye from there). And there are shops and a bar a lot closer. Downsides - while the two downstairs bedrooms are quiet and roomy, the upstairs double is very cramped and only screened off the main living area by thin sliding doors, so has no sound-proofing at all. The fourth bedroom is more like a kid's dormitory with plastic covers on the mattresses, and finally, for six adults, we could have done with an extra bathroom/toilet. Otherwise, what a lovely place to spend some time in!

Spacious house, equipped with everything from olive oil to washing powder, secluded garden with well maintained and even heated pool - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner greeted us with perfect guidance of house and area, had the best tips for exploring the region and went out of his way to provide us with any information and help we needed. We and especially our teenage kids greatly appreciated the bikes, table-Tennis, pool table, surf boards, beach utensils and pool accessories - and simply had the perfect holiday.

We loved everything about this villa! We are a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. The pool, table tennis table & pool table were big hits as was the fast wi-fi. The digital TV box also gave a good range of TV stations. The villa was beautifully decorated, modern & very clean. The kitchen & laundry appliances were also very new. The walk in showers were great & perfect after a dip in the pool. The villa is about a 20 minute walk to St Jean de Luz. There is also a good Spar, pizzeria, bakery & butchers a short 5 minute walk away. Pierre the landlord was the perfect host. He collected & dropped us from & to Biarritz airport. He was also very prompt to respond to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone

We travelled as a Family to relax and also seeing the area as we were all quite new there. We were amazed when we entered the house. Some pictures were accurate, some did not do the Property justice. You have got everything you possibly want. Entertainment if you have a pure day at the House i.e. Pool-Billiard, the Swimming pool, Table Tennis, a BBQ, a TV with international channels, board games, etc. And as if this is not enough there is the owner Pierre. Super friendly, always approachable and he is able to give excellent recommendations on things to do or to see in the greater area of the Bask region. You could not wish for a better Landlord. Everything was clean and well maintained. We even received welcome amenities, which was a very nice surprise. The house is located in Ciboure and it is a short walk to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, alternatively there are bikes available to cycle in there area. The Pool has a security cover that allows children to play near the pool if it is not in use. The rooms are as described in the advert, there are 2 double bedrooms and bunk beds downstairs (the latter are in open space and have no door) 1 Double Bedroom and a room with 3 single beds upstairs. Upstairs the ceiling is low on some parts due to the construction of the house, so that needs a couple of days getting used to and there is no real Wardrobe or hanging space upstairs, but therefore enough in one of the downstairs bedrooms. All in all, we can only recommend this property and the owner. We would be very happy to return.

Lovely villa, very spacious and great location. There was 8 in our party and plenty of room. Pierre was fabulous with us. Picked us up from train station when we arrived and even took us to supermarket twice. He was a gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back.
