Location was very good

The drains i the bathroom smelled bad, there are no insect screens on the doors and windows and some of the bedding needs replacing.

we loved this place, the best we have stayed in so far. The view is breathtaking, the garden is wonderful, we hope we can come back longer next time.

The villa was spacious inside and out. A very pleasant and relaxing space. Good for two couples or a family. It was a short walk to Falarsana beach and several tavernas. We arrived home to a lovely spinach pie one afternoon.

The villa has an amazing location! 3 min walk to the beach, 1 minute to supermarket, 2 minutes drive to restaurants. Andreas is a great host and will be available for all of your questions and needs.

Location and views were the highlight of this property. The host and cleaning staff were amazing, big shoutout to them! The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were clean and the beds freshly made everyday. They offer daily cleaning service which is not usual in standalone villas that are not part of a hotel. In the garden and terrace you can find sun-beds to lay and enjoy the view.

Nothing major that would stop us from rebooking it. Could use some TLC though (hangers were falling off, no curtain in the bathroom, broken mop). The only thing we didn’t love was that the mattresses were a bit too firm, but that’s a personal preference.

Villa design, amenities, location (next the amazing beach of Fallasarna, offering stunning sunsets every day). A local market is right next to the villa and the excellent Silios taverna, recommended by our host Andreas, is 5 min away by car. Other tavernas are as well right next to the villas but Sillios was the best. Andreas was very helpful with all our requests. The villa is very clean and endowed with everything one needs.

Very beautiful villa, close to the beach, Market and restaurants. Great views and nice garden. We really enjoyed the stay. It would have been perfect if the air conditioning was working a bit better.

The air conditioning was working poorly (old), the beds are a bit hard
