Nice English speaking staff (including restaurant). Great restaurant. Breakfast is included. Nice premises. Swimming pool.

Unstable wifi. AC was blowing directly to the bed and it wasn't possible to change the direction.

The location is horrible, the staff weren't too knowledgeable about services and information for visitors, the lobby furniture and cleanliness was a bad 1st impression....dirty stained couches

The hotel is located near everything. It’s clean & has what you need. Having a restaurant in the location makes it a fast and easy way to find food. Also breakfast is included which is a plus. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Also a plus is having a pool & parking in the same location. Will stay again if I’m ever in the Nagua area.

What I didn’t like is definitely nothing major. Is more of an extra thing they can do. There is no way to call the front desk. The room does have a phone but the room does not have a list of telephone numbers to call. For example the restaurant & front desk numbers. Also the hotel offers free wifi. Which you need a password for and no where in the room they have the password available. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for the password.

It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked to perfection.

I booked the king suite specifically for the spa bath/ jacuzzi with hot water. The hot water didn’t work, at all, neither did the wifi.

The breakfast was great. the place was very nice and clean.

No view,very loud on swimming pool , people until 22;30 with loud music , no hot water, air conditioning broken/noisy, too pricey for the hotel
