it was right on the beach

the property is lovely it’s on the way into the property the rubbish along the roads and also a lot of places are closed down it’s very run down outside the hotel

The service was outstanding, in reception and in restaurant, good and friendly staff, cleaning very good. Bungalow very satisfied 😀

The reception staff were excellent and extremely helpful!

Good location, The staff were friendly, capable and attentive . Our villa was perfect and roomy with a big fresh clean bed. The washroom and shower was excellent with tons of room.. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and most importantly the coffee was hot and tasty. We would stay here again.

But service and how staff talk to customers - this hotel has worst service we have experienced in hotels in Thailand and overall staff do not have service mind nor attitutude towards customers. They are rude.

very friendly staff. good and clean food!

All the staff at the resort were very friendly and caring, happy to help with any request. I fell and injured my ankle on the way to the island. Prang provided ice and cream to help with the swelling and pain. We would not have been able to enjoy our time on Koh Phayam with out this care and help. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her help. The Restaurant at the resort is excellent with an extensive menu for lunch and dinner, with the buffet breakfast also providing a wide array of options. Large, comfy bed with new, crisp, white sheets that was wonderful. Even on a rain day, we were perfectly happy at the resort!
