The property was value for money. The staff was really nice. The location was convenient.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The fittings were quite old and seemed like they would break easily.

I loved the way the staff handled my incident.i.e i had lost my smartwatch and everyone wss reassuaring..The staff also followed the protoccal of looking for it....but was later re overed by my sister under the front seat

The breakfast was OK. The dinners we had at the hotel were not that good. The meat dishes were very overcooked, dry, and not tasty. In fact, we found other restaurants around our hotel that served very good tasty meals in very nice locations at other hotels.

Food. Also, the noise/music that came from the "shanty" at the back of the hotels. This was very loud on the Friday and Saturday nights. We also found some of the staff at the hotel not helpful. There is a lack of informing the tourists that come and stay of which most are travellers with Intrepid Travel. I gather that most of the clients staying at the hotel are there because they are on safaris with Intrepid and it is convenient to stay at this hotel. The staff do not make you feel welcome and almost we are intruding on their peaceful day at work. A bit sad as they would not have a job unless Intrepid used this hotel!

I liked how there is a restaurant on site. The concierge is very informative.

Bathroom could be more spacious.

The staff were very friendly. Elevators were fast.

We didn’t like the loud noises every night until 3am. We can hear people talking, screaming, partying. We can hear dogs barking and roosters we crowing. We can cars driving by. We can hear people running up and down the stairs. It was impossible to sleep. The food was horrible!
