The facilities are pretty nice, the environment inside the hotel is different from others which made it special. The shower was pretty good, the water got warm very fast.

There was a smell in the bathroom, the shower of other rooms sound very loud

El hotel y su personal no está adecuado para la atención de personas con mobilidad reducida, para hacer el checkin debimos esperar mas de 40 minutos para que nos dieran entrada, en todos lugar publicos y privados las personas en sillas de rueda tienen prioridad y en este sentido, mi familiar llega de un viaje de mas de 3 horas, con pañal para adulto, incomodo, la persona a cargo solo se disculpó y dijo que tenia que darle la entrada a personas que habian llegado antes. Luego al entrar a la habitación nos encontramos con una cama grande y otra individual cuando mi reserva fue por dos camas dobles, también al hacer el reclamo debimos esperar al día siguiente para cambiar de habitación. Falla de ingeneria y arquitectura las puertas de los baño son mas angosta que lo normal, es decir, la silla de rueda no entra, así que no hay forma que una persona en esas condiciones tome una ducha o haga sus necesidades fisiologicas. Otro episodio de muy mal gusto, cuando mi cuñado llega al restaurante y es confundido con un pordiosero, solo por el hecho de andar en sillas, la estadía super incomoda debido a todo la maniobras que debimos hacer para las necesidades de mi cuñado. Recomendación inicialmente entrenamientos al personal para la atención para personas y grupo familiar con miembros con mobilidad reducida, y considerar acondicionar aunque sea una habitación que recibir huespedes en sillas de rueda.

Very good room & restaurant, interesting lounge. Very close to Agora convention center & 15-20min ride from airport. Nice restuarants in vicinity and short ride to Mall & Attractions (plaza).

Need more front desk folks fluent in English

The hotel location is perfect for those attending the Agora Convention Center meetings. The bed was comfortable. Besides this, the hotel is definitely overrated.

Regular rooms are very small and far from what could be expected from a 4-star hotel. There are no international electricity sockets in the room, only the American type, although, you may get an adaptor at the reception, this is not the standard for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was poor, although a variety of fresh fruits was available, no vegetables, eggs are measured with a scoop and other choices are very scarce. In the room, during the shower suddenly the hot water switches off and very cold comes out. Room design resembles those of youth hostels.

The staff is really friendly and helpfull you guys should be proud! :), breakfast was really good and the food we ordered at night was amazing. The room is small but very nice. Oh and the lobby is so cool.

I wish there was a full length mirror. Also the water heating wasnt working that well. It was switching between hot and cold by itself
