Our first time using Vrbo, first-line booking a villa, definitely won't be the last, villa was perfect for us, very quiet, allowed us to relax and recharge our batteries after a very busy year. Great location, close to everything you could need, great area for running and cycling. 10/10 from us, will definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay at villa Acebo, service was great throughout. Lovely warm pool, great kitchen facilities. Only thing lacking for us was an indoor dining area for the size of our group. Would recommend this villa, we had a lovely 10 days over Christmas.

Lanzarote est ss aucun doute une super destination et Playa Bianca un lieu très sympa où séjourner. Pour ce qui est de la maison , propre mais deco tres vieillot, surtout les salles de bains. Piscine bcp plus petite que ce qu’il n’y parait sur les photos. Absolument aucune vue. L’élément très gênant c’est le ton menaçant des propriétaires pour nous demander de payer sur le champ 2j supplémentaires ou sinon “dehors avec vos enfants ds les 2h”... a noter qu’on a passé 3 semaines ds cette maison! Des personnes ont un sens commercial proche du nul absolu. Équipe de nettoyage et suivi sur place très sympa et pro.

Beautiful villa, better than the description or pictures. Very quiet location and very private. Wonderful pool area, and internally the villa is spot on. Really clean, and the management team were very responsive and nice to deal with. Near to the town, and close to a great beach. We all loved Villa Acebo and can't wait to go back.

Wir hatten 2 sehr angenehme Wochen in der Villa Acebo. Man merkt der Unterkunft an, dass sie auch von der Vermieterin selbst genutzt wird. Jegliche Kommunikation in dieser herausfordernden Zeit war von gegenseitigem Verständnis geprägt. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. We had a really comfortable stay Villa Acebo. You can easily recognize that the owner uses the residence on her own. Amy communication in these challenging times wes full of understanding from both sides. We'd like to return in occasion.

We had a lovely stay at Tracey’s villa which is beautiful. Very well appointed and the location was great. Tracey always replied promptly and the pre arrival information was really thorough and useful. We will definitely return!

Fantastic villa and pool and great location only thing absolutely no welcome pack or store cupboard items not even salt very unusual for self catering. Not a problem when arriving in the day but would be a bit annoying if arriving late so arrive prepared.

Great villa with all that you need for a great holiday. Pool area gets sun all day and is not overlooked.

Our family had a great stay at Villa Acebo. It was well laid out inside and was very clean, also the outside space was fabulous with a terrific pool. Tracey was very prompt with her replies with any queries. Would definitely stay again.

Die Villa liegt in der Nähe des Wasserparks und 700m vom Flamingo Beach. Ein Auto ist ratsam. Wir konnten 2 Std eher in die Villa und sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der erste Eindruck entsprach der Beschreibung. Zu unserer Verwunderung war die versprochene 7. Schlafmöglickeit eine Matratze auf dem Boden. Das ging gar nicht und so musste improvisiert werden. Schon nach der ersten Nacht haben wir festgestellt, dass in 2 von 3 Schlafräumen die Anziehsachen klamm waren. Vermutlich wird aus diesem Grund das Dach jetzt neu gedeckt. Während unseren Aufenthaltes wurde das WiFi neu installiert auf 300mbit. Kontakt mit Vermieterin Tracey und dem Verwalter Brett vor Ort waren sehr gut.

Villa is well equipped to a decent spec. 10 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Kids loved the pool! Would definitely return.

This villa was exceptional it had everything you need from the state of the art kitchen to the fantastic pool could not fault it any way I read other reviews about it being 10 min walk to town centre its really a 20 min brisk walk all downhill to town centre having said that 4 euros gets you a taxi back many thanks to Tracey for letting us stay the extra couple of hours before we left for the airport I would have no problem in booking it again regards mr mc cann

We had a great break in Villa Acebo; the place was spotless and had all the necessary things one would need for an easy holiday. Beds were comfortable, showers were powerful, kitchen was modern (although too modern to figure out how to use the grill!). Situated on a nice quiet road a stones throw from Aqualava park. Would definitely recommend this place and will quite possibly consider staying here if we ever return to Lanzarote.

What a great Villa and location. The Villa is spotless, spacious and very, very, private.The pool was excellent just right for an afternoon dip during and after sunbathing. Although we hired a car we only used it for doing shopping and the odd excursion otherwise we walked. Flamingo Beach with its small array of shops is only 10 mins walk and from there you can walk along the seafront path into Playa Blanca itself, (probably another 15 mins) with its many restaurants, shops and Bars. Great Holiday and should we return to Lanzarote this will be the Villa for us !!

We have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. It is very spacious and well laid out, the kids loved the pool and never wanted to get out. There are plenty of sun loungers round the pool and it is permanently in the sun. We had a fantastic holiday here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting visit Lanzarote.

We've just come back from a week at Villa Acebo, and we had a perfect stay. The villa is a great size for 4 adults and 2 children, plenty of space and having 3 separate bathrooms really helped! It's a perfect location from Playa Blanca, a taxi ride to the marina is no more than 5 euros, and it's a short walk to a nearby beach. The villa as a whole has a lovely feel to it, it has been nicely decorated and you have everything you would ever need in the kitchen, we had a problem with the dishwasher, but the property maintenance company were very quick to sort it out with out any fuss. Tracey was lovely to deal with, the booking process was faultless and any dealings with the maintenance company were effortless, they were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they gave us some great eatery advice! The place has sun all day long so perfect for sun worshippers, and the new addition of the shallow end of the pool is perfect for anyone not so confident at swimming. There was only one area that could do with an improvement, the tiles around the pool become lethal when wet, all of us were slipping and sliding all over the place no matter how hard we tried, the 3 year old we had feel over a couple of times and we were lucky he didn't hurt himself seriously, if there was was thing I'd recommend is getting some kind of grippers around the pool just to add for safety. Having said that, when we mentioned to the maintenance company they didn't hesitate on sending out some old towels for us to put down around the entrance. The pool heating is also a little temperamental it tripped out a couple of times during the week, luckily on the last day so we didn't need to call anyone out. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Villa Acebo, or recommend it to anyone travelling to Lanzarote. Thank you Tracey for a wonderful week!

We have just arrived home after spending a week at Acebo and had to leave a review straight away. This villa is fantastic! It is extremely private and secure with high walls and fences. The gate to the garden locks, the front porch locks (with intercom) and there are lockable outdoor shutters on the poolside so that you can keep the airflow into the bedrooms, living room and kitchen while being secure during the night. It is very well maintained throughout, spotlessly clean, open and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a great time away - inside and out - even down to washing powder, airers etc, bbq coals, firelighters and seasoning! (although we didn't use these). Although we didn't need them there were also loads of baby items in the villa including plastic tableware, high chair, bumbo seat, cot bed, bed rail etc. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms with loads of storage. Beds are comfortable and clean (although main mattress was hard for me but that's personal choice). Plenty of towels are provided. The DVD choice is huge and lots of games for the kids to keep them amused. The outdoor space is huge with six sunbeds, a full size dining table with six chairs and a two seat patio set. There is an outdoor shower and bbq too. I do agree with others that the pool is too deep at the moment - I could barely stand on tip toe in the shallow. The kids had to use inflatables at all times (even the older one who swims well as it was just too deep for her) but they still loved it and we had to fight to get them out! However, we were told while we were there that this is booked to be sorted later in the year so it wont stop us from booking again now. It is around a ten minute walk to Flamingo beach which is lovely, although we found this to be expensive - if you walk another 5-10 minutes there are cheaper (but just as nice) places to eat and drink. You could manage without a car but we found it was better to have one as it is a long way to the marina etc. Thank you to Tracey and family for opening up their villa to others. Communication was great throughout, booking and payment was simple and overall a lovely experience for our first time booking a villa. If you are considering this villa my advice would be to book it now.. you wont be disappointed!!! Lisa and family x

This is a beautiful apartment within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. You don't need to hire a car if you just want to sunbathe and swim but it's worth hiring one to explore the Island. The villa is spacious, clean and fully stocked with anything that you may need including baby and toddler equipment and toys. Our only complaint would be that the pool is not suitable for young children or non-swimmers. It is 1.5m at the shallow end and our 2 year old (who's been going swimming since he was 10 weeks old) was scared to go in.

This is a lovely well equipped villa in Playa Blanca. Gets the sun all day and we loved our three week stay there! Would recommend to anyone. A lovely beach with restaurants and bar are 10-15 mins walk away though the roads are badly lit at night-take a torch lol!
