We stayed in the private pool bungalow. You are being pampered by the amazing staff. When you check in, returning from an outing or check out, a free drink with fruit or cake and cold towel are provided and a small farewell gift when you leave. Good airco, good bed and bathroom. Great breakfast. Free pick up transfer from the airport (35 USD) and free tuktuk into town until 9PM. All in all a must to stay here when you are in Siem Reap. As we had a late flight and we could not have a late check out the staff provided us with a bungalow at the neighboring resort with shared pool, 2 minutes away, for free for 4 hours until being picked up by the taxi. Free drinks use of the bungalow and towels, amazing service.

The staff! I loved how they went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. They offer free tuk tuk rides to the main pub area, which is less than 5 mins away, from 5-9pm. Everything was thoughtfully done. Breakfast was great too. Totally worth every penny. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay at Angkor Heart Bungalows. The staff are very attentive and exceeded our expectations with their service. Minea was our host and she was fantastic. The welcome felt like being with family. From early check in, welcome juice, breakfast, arranging tuk tuk drivers and private taxi to Pnom Penh. The list could go on ...but we won't spoil surprises for future guests 😊 We booked 3 nights and stayed 4, we loved it so much. Super spacious bungalows, comfy big beds, air con, fan, amazing shower...and an awesome deck over looking our private pool was truly sensational. There are 2 separate areas - one for bungalows with shared pool which we visited briefly and then another area further along the road with 4 bungalows with private pools each. The gardens are tropical and lovely. The birds, butterflies, frogs, ghekkos adding to the serenity of this beautiful little oasis. We had breakfast on the deck each morning and we had dinner one night. What a little treat! The food options are great and all taste delicious! Continental breakfast and Cambodian food yum yum yum! Juices and coffee all good too. Siem Reap town is only 5 - 10 minute tuk tuk ride away which cost usd$2 There is a free tuk tuk service in the evenings but we always paid. We had Suon as tuk tuk driver for many rides including to the amazing temples for the day. Thank you Suon, you were fun and friendly and professional. The other tuk tuk drivers were awesome too. Thank you Poly for taking us to the lake and around the places with hammocks for a beer afterwards. We took a boat ride on the lake (hired our own boat for usd$28 when we arrived) which was very humbling seeing how the people live in their floating houses. Thank you, also to To, who drove us to Silk Island ferry pier in Pnom Penh on our departure from Siem Reap. It was a leisurely comfortable 7 hour drive with really interesting chats about Cambodian life and a few cool stops along the way.

Our stay at Angkor Heart was really great. From the spacious bungalows, cleanliness, food and ambience of the place, you feel so pampered. The staff is exceptionally attentive, serving us cold drink, snacks and cold towel after getting back from the temple tour.The food is delicious, especially the breakfast. They have laundry service, airport transfers and free ride to Pubstreet (one way). They even have gifts for the guest after check out:) Definitely recommending this place to everyone staying at siem reap.

Absolutely loved having our own bungalow and private pool! They welcomed us with fresh fruit and pastries when we arrived, gave us snacks after a long day sightseeing, one evening they surprised us with a small cake thanking us for staying there, and to top things off they surprised us with a going away gift of a scarf for each of us.

The only minor issue we had was the A/C had a small problem, but that was taken care of quickly so it really wasn’t a problem

The bungalows were very unique and spacious. The bathroom was big and the pool was great. The hot stone massage was the best ever. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us to pub street every evening. The breakfast was great.

We were surprised the breakfast was given for free!!!! It has a lot of choices. The best part was- you get to eat them at the balcony of your Cabin- enjoying the Garden scenes. There was a welcome drink and food PLUS a goodbye gift as well. The warm gestures as well the quiet place gave the stay memorable. And also the cricket sounds at night were music to my ears.

Everything was great

If I could give the staff 20/10, I would. They were so helpful and really lovely; bringing drinks and fruit after a long day at the temples was very well received! It was my dad's birthday the day after we left, and they brought over a pre-birthday cake which, in my mind, goes above and beyond customer service. The pool area was quiet and there were enough beds for everyone. Breakfast is brought to your bungalow every morning and you can also order dinner to be brought to you. All in all, I would absolutely recommend staying at Angkor Heart Bungalow - just don't forget your earplugs!

The mattress was very hard. I requested mattress topper, which they put on as soon as I asked. The hotel is very near the main road and so was quite noisy, especially when big trucks thundered past. I should have read the reviews more thoroughly but my trusty earplugs blocked most of it out at night.

The chalet rooms are comfortable. The beds were comfy, the aircon refreshing, the bathroom very accommodating. And the food was quite decent. What stands out is the genuine hospitality. The staff and their boss all communicate well in English, they are considerate and helpful, for example, they can arrange a tuktuk in a heartbeat. They’re also friendly and personable.

The pools and trees are sweet, but the disco across the street from part of the property can be a trifle irritating.

The added benefit of a complimentary airport pick-up service further enhanced our experience. Best value in Cambodia. Beautiful cabins around a lovely refreshing pool. Breakfast was great and we ate in the evening and the food was terrific. Short tuk tuk ride for a few dollars to the noise of pub street and the staff organised tuk tuks to visit the temples . Always there to greet us on our return after a day in the sun with cold towels, cool drinks and plates of fruit . A great stay and the highlight of our visit to Cambodia

The staff were amazing, it is very clean, great breakfast provided and a handy location for temple visiting. They put us in touch with a great driver for temples - ask for Poly. The pools were great after a hot day.

Absolutely everything! we loved our wooden bungalow right next to the pool. The staff are so attentive and caring. Breakfast brought to your balcony and laid out on a lovely white table cloth, great selection. Dinner also delivered to our balcony and just as delicious! The first and each time we arrived at the hotel staff came with cold cloths, juice and fruit. I’ve never been treated so well. If you hop in the pool they will bring towels. bungalow is a little out of town but they provide free tuk tuk into town between 5-9pm, then you pay about $2 to come back. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel, it’s just so wonderful.

Such lovely staff, food was amazing and even though it was near a busy road it had a calmness about it.

The most attentive staff I have ever known. The service is very personal with dinner and breakfast being served on your balcony rather than in a restaurant, with good selections and great prices for food and other services. There are laundry and massage services available and you can also book trips through the property. The property is a short tuk tuk ride from pub street or you could walk (probably around 20 minutes walking). There are tuk tuks parked at the property throughout the day so it is easy to get around.

Bed was a little on the hard side.

The food and service where second to none. There was a little noise from the road at night but the bungalow was spaciouse with air con. and a great bathroom. There are two pools and only 12 bungalows. Meals where served on your balcony when you wanted them. They provided a massage and laundry services at very resonable cost and tuk tuks into town each night. We also arranged a driver and tuk tuk to take us about for the three days we where there. Would recommend.

Nice, clean houses, very friendly and hospitable staff. they arranged transportation and massages. Really cares about your comfort and satisfaction, it’s not another tourist place aimed only for getting money from tourists. Really recommend you to visit!

From the moment we were picked up in a Tuk Tuk from the airport to the morning we left Angkor Heart we were treated like a long lost member of the family. Such a wonderful team who could not do enough for us throughout our four night stay, including an excellent New Years Day evening meal. The rooms, while basic are fabulous and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided every afternoon when we returned from our visits to Angkor Wat. this has to be the best value hotel we have stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you to everyone at Angkor Heart for making us feel so welcome.

We felt the photos are too contrived / staged. It is a very pretty place but it lacks movement, soul and good vibe from other guests.
