Everything perfect!

One of the nicest places i have stayed at.Its very centrally located thus making it easy to access transport,convinience.Staff was very helpful even when we arrived a bit late.

Fantastic location on the main shopping street! Not too noisy despite the location. Good communication from the host on how to find and access the place. Nice modern decor, clean and comfortable. Great to have the coffee machine and microwave for leftovers. Would stay here again.

Room was a little small but OK for the price. Communal dining room lights were on a timer that kept turning off while you were waiting for your coffee.

What a great find. Right in center of old district and near Spanish section. Easy to walk around in a secure building. Note hotel is on 5th floor and use lift. Has a central meeting area with coffee and tea. Rooms and bathrooms very clean.

Directions to find hotel. Should tell guests they are on 5th floor and need to look at board outside to know where you are.

Rooms are modern but simple, the bathroom was great with an amazing shower.

The walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the next room. The tub was not easy to get into and it had no curtain or anything to close

I liked being by the metro, it was very convenient.

Overall, I was not pleased with my room. When I arrived they said my room was larger, but to me it was the worst room pictured here. I think the pictures are very generous and do not accurately reflect the rooms. It is very loud with people coming and going. The hotel is very small. Having to constantly give our keys to the security guard was frustrating. There were no rugs and it felt very bare in the room. Our shower was in the main room, and there was no way to have privacy as you shower. There was also clear water damage on the ceiling around the showerhead. There was the minimal decor, and overall everything felt very stark. Our room was also dusty. I'd say overall, I would have preferred to spend a little bit more to get a nicer stay. It almost felt like a hostel. There were other options around for the same price point but we liked the pictures of this one. We did not like the street we were on either, as it was immensely busy and we were constantly pushed.

The location is near to the metro station and the tourist attractions.

The suite was very clean, modern and the bed comfortable.The shower room is a special spot to relax after a long day.

The only problem was that the Wi-Fi was not working properly and because the location is very central, can be noisy till late.

The apartment looked pretty nice, we liked the room and furniture in general. In the hallway there's coffee machine, microwave and a big dining table. The building is pretty close to most of the tourist attractions: old quarter, Spanish quarter, castles, palaces. It's located 3 metro stations away from Garibaldi Central train station, 10-15 minutes to Montesanto funicular.

1. The building is located right on one of the most crowded pedestrian streets on Naples, Toledo street. So on Friday and Saturday the street's extremely noisy until 2-3am. Also it might be pretty dangerous outside in the evening, as there might be thieves, cons and youth criminals. But surprisingly there's not much of nice restaurants around. 2. We also had noise troubles with the apartment itself. Walls are thin, so you hear every word your neighbor says in the middle of the night. Some neighbor (or employee) listened to the radio every day early at the morning, so we listened to the songs together with them — instead of sleeping. 3. The shower and the room are separated with a fully transparent glass (there's also a roll curtain but it doesn't change much). So you can every day enjoy a nice view on your naked roommate having a shower. It was not a big problem for us but might be bad news for families with kids. 4. Terrible sewer smell in the bathroom. 5. Issues with water refill.

Amazing location! Martina took very good care of us. One of the easiest experiences ive had in italy. Location is amazing. Right in the middle of Napoli. Great for shopping. Building facilities are great and very secure. Definetly will go back!
