It was good hotel with Superb facilities. Hotel owner was very helpful and staff was polite. Bathroom was Superb clean.

Person cancilled my booking,due to fire took place and they were not in position to stay every passenger . they were asking the balanced payment thru on line . I have not paid balance amount as perdon desired ,person said ki your booking will be cancelled. After reaching hatidwar i called to hotel person to confirm and send your location .person said ki your booking is cancilled due to balanced payment not done by you . Then i have searched another hotel . I also rang to your office regarding this problem but petson said ki mae baat karta hu. That was the worst experience for me in my life . I am planning to circulate all things which was happend with me.

Hotel was flooded with rain. So out of service. They didn't inform me . When I arrived with family they said we are out of service, find another hotel. We missed our schedule.

• Location wise it was just near to the highway so finding it and/or connectivity was not an issue at all. • They have a decent basement parking in their hotel itself. • The person at the reception was super helpful and very polite and well mannered.

• Dirty bedsheets, Dirty blankets, Dirty Pillows, you name it. It seemed like they didn't change or clean any linen in the room since the last person who stayed in. (Major concern, given these covid times) • Room service of the food was not up to the mark. Plates & cutlery were also not cleaned properly. Seemed like the room service staff was not much experienced in handling people.

amazing experience,everything was outstanding,polite staff,superb food(specially kadhai paneer) above all view from the hotel specially from the terrace,u can enjoy beautifull mountains and maa chandi devi templefrom hotel only ......nd i feel so realxed and blessed dat i saw ganga ji ki aarti from hotel terrace...clear view of ganga ji from terrace...nd special big thnx to owner for coperative and humble behaviour towards us...best hotel so far.
